Description
The holiday flat is located on the first floor and has a Mediterranean ambience. It has been lovingly furnished to a very high standard and invites you to feel at home. in 2017, the carpet was replaced with a light vinyl design floor.
The living area is equipped with a corner leather couch and a large LCD TV as well as a radio with CD player. A special feature is the wall fireplace, which creates a cosy atmosphere even on colder days.
From the living area you can reach a large balcony, which is west-facing and faces the city forest, - a cosy place to end the day
The couch in the living room is extendable and can be used for "separate sleepers".
The kitchen is accessible through a passage from the living room and has a very large window. In front of it you will find the dining area with an extendable table and 2 chairs. This is a great place to dine and enjoy the view.
The country-style kitchenette has a 4-plate ceramic hob, an oven and a dishwasher. Furthermore, a fridge with freezer compartment is part of the inventory. Of course, you will also find sufficient cutlery, crockery and other practical kitchen utensils
In the bedroom there is a double bed (180x200) in which you will find relaxing "holiday dreams". There is enough space in the wardrobe for your holiday wardrobe
From the bedroom you can reach a second balcony, which faces east and where you can enjoy the morning sun with a hearty breakfast, for example.
The bathroom has a full glass shower cubicle, which is set up at ground level. Above the washbasin there is a large mirror and a vanity mirror with light

With the "Molli" (Bäderbahn) you can easily reach Germany's oldest seaside resort Heiligendamm ("The White City by the Sea") and the town of Bad Doberan with its old villas and famous minster. The charming Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Wismar are less than an hour's drive away.
Those who like it sporty can cycle along the Baltic coast on cycle paths and experience the healthy nature in all its diversity. Sailing tours are offered from Kühlungsborn's modern marina.

Apartment No. 4
Very well-equipped apartment and a very nice landlord. Key handover on site and apartment top clean and very well located. The city center with restaurants and boutiques and the beach are within walking distance. We felt very comfortable and say thanks to the landlord.
