Relax in our 3-room holiday flat (53 m²), newly furnished in 2021,
within sight of the wide sandy beach of Kühlungsborn, 30 m away.
The bright living room with sea view is harmoniously furnished with attention to detail,

Lovingly furnished holiday apartment in a great location
A very beautifully furnished holiday apartment with a large terrace (with sea view), where we didn't miss anything. Everything very clean and with two separate bedrooms, stable Wi-Fi, and the beach is almost at the doorstep. Can't get any better..., thank you very much to Mrs. Andrä for the nice contact.

Kleiner Traum
Die Ferienwohnung ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, es ist alles stimmig, es fehlt an nix.
Die Betten sind sehr bequem so das wir gemütlich ausschlafen konnten.
Wir waren im Dezember Gäste und hatten dadurch auch einen kleinen Meerblick, einfach toll.
Zum Meer sind es 1 Minute Fussweg, dennoch ist es eine ruhige Lage.
Die Eigentümer der Ferienwohnung sind sehr nett und freundlich.
Wir werden hoffen bald wieder kommen. ??

nicht ganz zufrieden.
für diesen Preis mehr Luxus erwartet. Wohnung ist sehr schön, meiner Meinung nach aber zu teuer, es fehlte der angebliche Meerblick. (Angeblich wäre er im Winter da.) Mich hat auch gewundert, das wir einen Teil bei Ankunft in Bar zahlen mussten.

Alles, was man sich im Urlaub wünscht
Wir waren im Oktober 2020 in der Ferienwohnung "Ostseestrand 13" untergebracht.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Nächte ruhig, die Matratzen sehr bequem, die Einrichtung einfach wundervoll - stimmt einen sehr gut auf den Urlaub ein. Jedes Zimmer -3 - hat einen Fernseher (was für ein Luxus) und eine Terassentür zur großen Terasse. Diese hat sogar einen Strandkorb :)). Die Wohnung liegt, kann man fast sagen, direkt an der Strandpromenade. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, wir haben nichts vermisst. Herr und Frau Andrä sind sehr freundlich.
Ich hatte bei der Abreise wichtige Papiere, wie Geldkarte, Führerschein, Krankenkarte u.a. im Safe liegen lassen. Diese Papiere wurden mir nach einem kurzen Anruf bei der Familie per Post zugesendet - vielen, vielen Dank nochmal.
Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.

Fewo in Top lage*****
In dieser Wohnung, in Top läge, fühlt man sich vom ersten Augenblick an wohl, diese ist mit sehr viel Liebe und sehr viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts.
Von der Wohnung zum Strand sind es keine 50 Meter. Bäckern Restaurant sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung. Top lage !!
Wir waren als Familie dort ( 2Erw und 2Kinder (3+4)und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Top Wohnung, mit einer super lage, gleich gegenüber vom Strand. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Vermieter total nett. So stellt man sich einen tollen Urlaub vor.Wir kommen wieder :)

Verlängertes Wochenende mit Hund
Eine Wohnung zum rundum Wohlfühlen. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und darüber hinaus. Die Lage ist super!!! Einmal über die Promenade und man ist am Strand oder einmal um die Ecke und ein kleines Stück Straße paralell zum Strand und man ist im "Wald" und im Nu am Hundestrand bzw. freien Strand Richtung Riedener See.
Wir haben jede Minute des Kurzurlaubs genossen und können dieses Kleinod nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen.
Und natürlich die tollen Vermieter:-)

Ankommen - Wohlfühlen
Eine wirklich empfehlenswerte Fewo. Wir fühlten uns eine Woche sehr wohl. Alles in den Räumen wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Sehr strandnah. Bäcker, Geschäfte, Restaurants um die Ecke. Wir vermissten nichts. Unserer Mieze gefiel es auch.

Very nice flat in a central location
Dear family Andrä, we thank you very much for the nice welcome and for allowing our 2 dogs. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is very clean and well maintained. Kühlungsborn is very beautiful and it is not far to the beach, a short distance. Delicious fish sandwiches and the restaurant Fischhus is also a short distance away. Everything is wonderful. Wohlfühlurlaub
Die Wohnung befindet sich nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt :-) ,ist bestens ausgestattet, sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und geschmackvoll dekoriert.

super Wohnung in bester Lage
Die sehr saubere und hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung mit Terrasse und kleinem Garten in der Appartmentanlage Ostseestrand war unser gemütliches Feriendomizil. Die Eigentümer haben an alles gedacht - es fehlte an nichts und auch eine Info-Mappe bot uns Hilfe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und gab Tipps für Ausflüge und besondere Attraktionen in der Umgebung. Die Lage am Strand war einfach toll.
Absolut weiterzuempfehlen, wir kommen bestimmt nocheinmal zurück.

Minimale Abstriche(Kleinigkeiten)ansonsten alles optimal und sehr gut!
Wir waren von der Ferienwohnung sowie Ausstattung sehr angetan. Wohnung und auch das Mobiliar waren sauber und gepflegt. An den Wänden hingen ganz tolle Bilder von der Ostsee gemalt von der Inhaberin. Familie Andrä hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und auch eingewiesen. Bereits in den Vorwochen gab es regelmäßigen Mail- Kontakt, so dass meine Fragen freundlich, schnell beantwortet und Wünsche auch erfüllt wurden. Sogar ein Vorfreude Foto von der Ostsee wurde uns netterweise geschickt. Auch mit unserem kleinen Hund gab es keine Probleme. Wir achteten sehr darauf, dass er nichts beschädigte bzw beschmutzte und hatten Decken mit. Es war für uns ein wunderschöner, erholsamer Urlaub, indem alles stimmig war!!! Danke dafür.
