Family vacation

The house is very new, very spacious, very comfortable, and very clean. The furnishings left nothing to be desired. We only wished for a citrus juicer, but that is of course just a minor detail. The mattresses and the pillows were very comfortable. Unfortunately, the quality of sleep in three of the four bedrooms suffered quite a bit because there are no shutters on the upper floor and the windows are partially. only with pleated shades not sufficiently darkened, especially since there are light sources in the neighborhood.
The furnishings are very child-friendly (bed, chair, plenty of dishes, games).
The garden with two terraces and table and (lounge) chairs can certainly be used very well for relaxation in warmer weather.
The beach is only a few minutes by car.
Communication with the landlord was very prompt and uncomplicated.

The location is optimal; you can reach the sea in 10 minutes by bike. The accommodation has everything you need; there is no dishwasher, but with 2 people having enough space in the accommodation, that is more than bearable. You can sit well on the small terrace, as far as the weather allows. Otherwise, everything is very tidy and clean, and everything you need is there.
