It was nice.

We really enjoyed it. The location and surroundings of the house are well chosen. For people who prefer urban settings, maybe less so. Without a rental car, the buses took us to Soller, Palma (2 nights), and Cala Rajada, among others. A bit challenging, but doable and at a low cost compared to renting a car. Not to mention the environment and searching for parking. Only once did we miss the last bus from Santanyi to Cala Llombards and had to take a taxi. Every morning, I swam down in the beautiful bay and checked the sunrise.

We were three, already knew the house, and have been there for the third time. The house is super beautiful and comfortable for a summer vacation. It is wonderfully furnished, with all the details. There is nothing missing! 3 rooms, … 2 terraces and a pool! The surroundings are also very nice and quiet. You can be in a very beautiful cove in 10 minutes - on foot! You can walk a lot. A small bar and market are very helpful. Simply very nice!

The place enchants with its cobbled streets and old architecture. Take time for a two-hour walk and hike from the village square to the Castell d'Alaró - a unique view will reward you there. In Calvia on the southwestern slope of the mountains, the traditional ochre-colored houses form a picturesque sight that is a reason for many holidaymakers to take a trip. The village of Valldemossa, on the other hand, can be reached by car in just 20 minutes from Palma. Its biggest attraction is the royal Carthusian monastery. The traditional town of Artá in the northeast, where it seems as if time has stood still, should also be mentioned. Not far from here is also the monastery complex Ermita de Betlém.
