Sehr schönes gepflegtes Ferienhaus

We were guests in this beautiful holiday home for 11 days. The house is equipped with everything you need, we didn't miss anything during our stay, whether in the kitchen, living room, or other rooms. I would like to emphasize the cleanliness here. It is also very nice that all living rooms and the kitchen are equipped with air conditioning. This is truly an advertisement where everything is as shown. The outdoor area is also well-equipped with seating, loungers, laundry area, outdoor shower, and a sun umbrella.

For the pool, it is advisable to use UV clothing and head protection for small children as it is in the sun all day.

For those who enjoy grilling, there is also a grill available.

The town of Cala Llombards is rather small, with a hostel where you can eat and a bar where you can also dine. A small supermarket is also available where you can get fresh bread in the morning.
We drove to Santanyi to Lidl for big shopping.
We recommend renting a car.
Contacting Mrs. Klee was very pleasant and all questions were answered quickly, even on-site questions were promptly addressed.
We recommend this house and would rent it again ourselves.

Great cottage!

We spent a truly wonderful two-week vacation in the holiday home with our children. The location of the house was perfect for all of us. It is well-maintained, tastefully decorated, and superbly equipped. The garden is beautifully landscaped, providing lovely (shady) spots to relax. We also loved the outdoor shower. The terrace is cozy and ideal for larger gatherings. It is nicely illuminated in the evenings. Down to the bay, it's just a stone's throw away, and Cala Llombards is beautiful. Also, a supermarket within walking distance is practical for forgotten items and morning pastries. It was high season, so we didn't expect it to be dead quiet around us. But everything was fine for us. We are very relaxed. Many thanks to the nice landlady Bettina and her great tips. We will be back :-)

Everything's fine.

We spent our two-week vacation with our friends here in June of this year. We lacked nothing and felt very comfortable. We enjoyed using the pool, which is cleaned twice a week. The house's amenities are great, and if we had any questions or needed something, the response was immediate. The supermarket next door is also a plus. Unfortunately, the nearby beaches are currently being promoted on Instagram, so they were very crowded. Parking spaces were always available nearby.

How is the weather on Mallorca?

Generally, the summers are hot and the winters are mild. But of course, it always depends on how you want to spend your time. Precipitation is hardly to be expected in the summer months, but incredible heat is. It can't hurt if the privately booked finca has a pool that promises a cooling off before going to bed.

Those of you who like to hike should plan your holiday in an apartment or a holiday home with a cozy bedroom in spring or autumn. Because activities can be quite strenuous at over 30 degrees. In March and April, on the other hand, it is pleasantly warm and there is hardly any rainfall. The same applies to the months of October and November. The great advantage of spring, however, is that everything is in full bloom and the rest during the hike or bike ride is twice as beautiful. Combine your passion for hiking with a holiday with a pool in Mallorca. This promises you a refreshing reward every evening when you return to the finca. The cheapest season with unbeatable last-minute offers is the Mallorcan winter. With temperatures from 7 to 15 degrees, it is suitable for sightseeing on the island, but the probability of rain is significantly higher. However, even a rainy day can be wonderfully endured in a cozy villa with Wi-Fi, a couch and a TV.

Which sights are there on Mallorca?

Have you booked your flight and apartment? Then it's time to deal with the highlights of the island. You should plan at least a week to get to know the island a little better. Because a day in a "cala" on the beach is all well and good, but you should still take a look at a few things to get to know Mallorca in all its facets. A visit to Palma is not least recommended because you will land here anyway and will depart from here. So what does the island's capital have to offer? Its landmark is the Gothic church La Seu. In addition, there are many other churches, the imposing Bellver Castle and the Placa Major.

But special places are also hidden in the other corners of the island. The mountains are home to many dreamy monasteries. The most famous pilgrimage center in the Serra de Tramuntana is the Santuari de Lluc, or Lluc Monastery. You can visit this spiritual place extensively. Another old monastery is Santuari de Sant Salvador. It is located in the Serres de Levante on a mountain. Here you can find peace and use the place as a starting point for beautiful hikes in the nature park. Back in your apartment or in your holiday home, a cooling off in the pool awaits you.

Beyond the holiday areas, some cities have preserved their traditional and historical charm. This includes, for example, Alaró in the south of the Serra de Tramuntana. The place enchants with its cobbled streets and old architecture. Take time for a two-hour walk and hike from the village square to the Castell d'Alaró - a unique view will reward you there. In Calvia on the southwestern slope of the mountains, the traditional ochre-colored houses form a picturesque sight that is a reason for many holidaymakers to take a trip. The village of Valldemossa, on the other hand, can be reached by car in just 20 minutes from Palma. Its biggest attraction is the royal Carthusian monastery. The traditional town of Artá in the northeast, where it seems as if time has stood still, should also be mentioned. Not far from here is also the monastery complex Ermita de Betlém.
