The semi-detached house, freshly renovated in 2024, combines modern comfort with plenty of coziness. Especially in the cooler season, the fireplace and sauna provide pure relaxation – perfect for a restful retreat by the sea.

The spacious living area on the ground floor is equipped with a comfortable leather sofa, armchair, 43” smart TV, radio, and fast Wi-Fi (DSL flat rate). A wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth and invites you to relaxing evenings with a glass of wine.

KITCHEN WITH EVERYTHING INCLUDED
The open, modern kitchen on the ground floor leaves nothing to be desired: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer combination, coffee machine, kettle, toaster as well as dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils are available.
There is space at the dining table for shared meals in good company.

Our holiday home Ostseeblau is located in a small, exclusive thatched-roof complex with only eight houses – quiet, stylish, and just about 900 meters from the beach.
You can easily reach the Baltic Sea on foot or by bicycle.
Nestled between the blue Baltic Sea and the nature reserve “Kühlung,” the Baltic Sea community of Wittenbeck offers the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation, active vacationers, and families. It is only about a 10-minute bike ride to the lively Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn – with its charming spa architecture, the marina, numerous boutiques, cafés and restaurants, as well as the 240-meter-long pier – Germany’s longest seaside promenade.
Golf enthusiasts can reach the Baltic Sea Golf Resort with its 18-hole championship course in just a few minutes. The stop for the historic spa railway "Molli" is also within walking distance and connects Wittenbeck with Heiligendamm and Bad Doberan.
Thanks to the excellent connection to the A20 (from the direction of Berlin or Hamburg), Ostseeblau is also ideal for extended weekends or short trips to the sea.
The municipality of Wittenbeck with the district of Klein Bollhagen is idyllically situated between elegant Heiligendamm and family-friendly Kühlungsborn – far from noise, close to nature.

Pure relaxation, top location
We felt very comfortable in the little house. The key handover went smoothly. The location is absolutely quiet and not a pure "tourist area." Everything was clean and well-maintained, and everything you need is there. Games and books are also available. The beds are good. The size of the half-house is great for a family with 2 teenagers. Nonetheless, I must make a small note here. The room with the sofa bed is a passage room. To get to the top room with the two single beds or to come down from above, you always have to pass through. There is no door for the top to create privacy. Our children have adjusted, but I think this is a must in the description. Insect screens in front of the windows would be another upgrade for the house; we had many spiders inside, certainly due to the thatched roof, which was not nice! I had noted it as information on the departure sheet. The Wi-Fi is sufficient for the whole house.
The natural beach (stones) must also be mentioned here. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk. There is a sandy beach in the neighboring towns.
In the "Wet Corner," you can eat very well. There is something for everyone. Otherwise, you definitely need a car or bicycles.
We arrived stressed from everyday life and drove home refreshed and relaxed. That's how it should be; it was a very nice vacation! Thank you very much, and keep it up!
