Our cosy holiday flat "MeerZeit" in the apartment complex "Am Stadtwald" is characterised by its proximity to the 133-hectare city forest.
You enter the holiday flat via the large south-west terrace, where you will find a sunny spot all day long, from breakfast to dinner.
The large living room offers you enough space to relax on a leather sofa with relax function and a separate armchair. Help yourself to our small selection of books or use the media corner with DVD player, LED TV with cable connection and music system. You will also find some information about Kühlungsborn and the surrounding area.
The well-equipped kitchenette with adjoining dining area offers you all the amenities you need for the "small kitchen" on holiday, Senseo switch (for filter coffee or pods), toaster, kettle and dishwasher.
The two bedrooms are equipped with double beds and large wardrobes for your holiday wardrobe. Note: one bedroom faces the street, but has good soundproof windows!
The bathroom with WC, washbasin and shower also has a hairdryer and a vanity mirror.
There is also a storage room where you will find an ironing board and iron, as well as a clothes horse.

The holiday flat is located in the southern Strandstrasse directly opposite the Kühlungsborn municipal forest, which connects the eastern and western parts of the town
You can take a leisurely stroll along Strandstrasse to the Baltic Sea or walk through the town forest to reach the beach in a good 10 minutes on foot. The lively part of Strandstrasse, the shopping mile, is only 200 m away, as are restaurants, cafés, shops, bicycle rental, pharmacy, tennis court, etc.!
Cosy and yet centrally located, you can enjoy your holiday here! Kühlungsborn is located about 30 km west of Rostock and is a lively holiday resort all year round where you can do many things. From the modern marina, there is the approx. 3 km long beach promenade which connects the parts of Kübo-East and West and ends at Balticplatz with its historic buildings. In the approx. 130-hectare city forest you can also find peace and quiet, go jogging, walking and cycling, or if you want to go high up, then visit the climbing forest. You can go diving, sailing, play tennis, play golf, go on bike tours in the cooler and much more. If the weather is bad, linger in one of the many cafés and restaurants or visit the Kübomare with its beautiful sauna area. At weekends, there are regular dance events in various restaurants or live music to listen to in one of the many bars. As you can see, there is something for everyone.

| The rental price for the 1st overnight stay includes the services for preparing the flat, making the booking, handing over the keys, issuing the spa card, etc.! A complete laundry package can be booked in addition, for which we charge 12.00 €/person! For bookings of more than 12 days, you will receive the linen free of charge. A children's travel cot with a good mattress or a children's high chair can be added for 1.50 €/day each. The dog surcharge is 5,00 €/day. Visitor's tax is to be paid separately and is not included in the rental price. 1,50 - 2,00 €/day/person from 18 years, according to season In the high season, the flats are only rented by the week. For bookings of less than 7 nights we charge a short stay surcharge of 20,00 €. Over New Year's Eve minimum stay 7 days. |

You can park your car in the underground garage (entrance height 1.80m) in our parking space no. 10. Note: please park backwards!
Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle cellar. Bicycle racks must be removed in the underground garage so that parking in and out is possible for all guests of the house without restriction.
There is a sauna in the house that can be used by all guests for a fee.
Washing machine and dryer are also available to all guests for a fee.

Clean and tidy and everything present.
We have now stayed in the apartment for the 3rd time. The apartment is equipped with everything. Very tastefully and lovingly furnished. The location is great. Shopping possibilities are also nearby. For us, the apartment is perfect. You immediately feel comfortable.

Almost perfect vacation !!!
Certainly, a summer vacation is always dependent on the weather. However, the holiday accommodation does everything to make you feel comfortable during your stay. The accommodation is very well-equipped and well-maintained. Some areas could have been cleaned more thoroughly, but we are very meticulous in that respect due to our son suffering from a dust allergy. The location of the accommodation is perfect for visiting the beach and taking walks through the town. Since the beach street. as the terrace is quite heavily trafficked, we did not use it as a place to linger, but only for drying laundry and storing beach gear. The car is safely parked in the underground garage throughout the entire stay. We also used the sauna in the building once and can recommend it, at least if the lighting in the sauna is fixed. Conclusion: Top holiday in a top accommodation. Happy to come back.

Schön war´s
Everything you need is available, good location, good facilities, clean. Unfortunately, the underground parking is a bit tight!!!

Die Tiefgarage ist eng, das ist uns bekannt, deswegen auch immer unser Hinweis "rückwärts einparken", das ist zwar manchmal mühevoll aber dann kommt man unbeschadet auch wieder heraus!
