The 2 room flat, newly renovated for you in 2022, has a spacious bright living room, equipped with armchair and a corner couch (with sleeping function for 3rd + 4th person), flatscreen TV, radio, DSL Internet available via W-Lan, dining table and a fully equipped open-plan fitted kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave). In the bedroom of the flat there is a comfort double bed (1.80 x 2.00) and a large wardrobe.
The bathroom is equipped with a round glass shower and WC as well as a towel radiator.
All windows are equipped with pleated blinds for privacy and darkening.
One (1) parking space is available to you free of charge and is located in the carport ( 30 metres next to the house )

The flat is furnished for up to 4 persons.
You are welcome to store and connect your bicycles in the lockable bicycle garage on the property.

Our holiday home "Ostseeblau" has three holiday flats and is located in a small, exclusive holiday & residential complex with 8 reed houses not far from the village's own beach access to the Baltic Sea. Nestled between the blue Baltic Sea and the "Kühlung" nature reserve, the Baltic Sea community of Wittenbeck presents itself as a tranquil holiday resort for the whole family. It is a place with many opportunities for leisure activities and is close to the Baltic Sea beach. The marina of the Baltic resort of Kühlungsborn is only 8 minutes away by bike.
The Baltic Sea coast near Kühlungsborn enchants its guests with a wonderful sandy beach, numerous restored villas with spa architecture and Germany's longest sea promenade. The maritime yacht harbour with many boutiques, cafés & restaurants is just a few minutes by bike from our holiday home in Wittenbeck, as is the 240-metre-long pier
In 5 minutes by bike you can be at the Baltic Sea beach, in the adjacent forest areas or at the " Adlon Golf & Country Club " with its 18-hole championship course. The stop of the "Molli" bathing train is within walking distance, with which you can also comfortably explore the wonderful surroundings as far as Bad Doberan.
The excellent transport links with the A20 motorway via Berlin or Hamburg make this piece of the EAST SEA COAST ideal for a relaxing and eventful holiday and also ideal for a "long" weekend. The municipality of Wittenbeck with its district of Klein Bollhagen lies in an idyllic location between the Baltic seaside resort of Kühlungsborn and the "white town by the sea" - Heiligendamm, far away from noise and hustle and bustle.

Beautiful and clean flat furnished in Mediterranean style.
Ideal for 2 people with dog. Very friendly landlords.
There is nothing missing in the flat, but the bed could be equipped with better mattresses
Shopping facilities are not in the immediate vicinity, but can be reached relatively quickly by bicycle

Auch wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt,durch eine Empfehlung sind wir zu euch gekommen .
Wir wurden nett empfangen und unser Hund fühlte sich gleich zu Hause.Daher hatten wir das was wir wollten,Ruhe und Entspannung.
Die Fewo liegt super zentral,sind viel gelaufen und können viele schöne Erlebnisse mitnehmen.
Vorallem ist die Whg sehr sauber und gepflegt.

wir waren das erste mal in Kühlungsborn/Klein Bollhagen an der Ostsee im Urlaub - wir hatten eine schöne Woche und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen!! :)
Vielen Dank für den netten Empfang, die schönen Tage in ihrer liebevoll eingerichteten FeWo. Sie sind super nette Gastgeber und ihre FeWo lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles super durchdacht und mit viel Liebe gestaltet!

Jederzeit gern wieder, absolut zu empfehlen
Wir haben eine sehr schöne, und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung vorgefunden, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt.
Sie ist in hellen, freundlichen Farben gehalten, die Ausstattung war komplett, uns fehlte es an nichts.
Auf der Terrasse konnten wir bereits die Sonne genießen.

Wohnqualität und Wohlbehagen, die werden hier ganz groß geschrieben.
Boxspringbett mit weichem Lager, modern gestyltes Interieur!
Selbst Eichenmöbel, Kunst vom Inhaber, es fehlt an nichts!
Erholen kann sich jeder hier! zu Fuß, per Rad, auf Molli´s Spur
und auch mit Hund im Haus, wie wir!
