We have previously had experiences with renting holiday apartments and now for the first time rented this beautiful holiday home.
On the day of arrival, the key was ready for us at the agreed time.
As soon as we opened the front door, we knew this was a hit and the pictures here correspond to reality. Downstairs, the dining/kitchen area is friendly and bright, we were warmly welcomed, and the living area is cozily furnished. Also below is the bathroom, nicely designed and equipped with a proper shower, washbasin, and toilet.
Above you will find the sleeping area with a cozy bed and a reading corner.
We would say perfect size for 2 people and a quiet location in the Flensburg city center.
Not to forget, the parking space for a car is located directly in front of the house.
The holiday home also invites you to linger in less than perfect weather. Anyone who wants to have a pleasant vacation is in the right place.
The manager also does a great job, always friendly and questions were answered quickly. Keep it up!

The parking space in the underground garage was nice. Elevator and bike storage available.
It was practical that a private beach chair belongs to the apartment, just about 150m away. We used it often.

We had a very nice stay and felt comfortable in the accommodation. We would especially like to highlight the landlord, Mr. Heuer, who is extremely friendly and takes care of any questions or problems immediately.
A small suggestion for improvement would be a completely fenced property. For dog owners, it would be even more relaxing, as the dogs could be outside off-leash.
Otherwise, everything was very nice and we would gladly come back.
