Relax in our beautiful holiday flat (45m²), completely refurbished in 2020 and comfortably furnished, which is located only a short distance from the wide sandy beach of Kühlungsborn. The bright, harmoniously furnished living room with large floor-to-ceiling double-door window with French balcony, sofa & armchair and 43" HD Smart-TV is adjacent to the integrated dining area and the open, fully equipped new fitted kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, 4-zone ceramic hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and exhaust bonnet. From the living room, you can reach the sunny south-facing balcony with seating furniture for sunbathing and relaxing via the bedroom. We have equipped the bedroom with a large double bed (160 x 200), a flat screen TV and a wardrobe for your holiday wardrobe. All windows are equipped with pleated blinds. The flat has a bathroom with bathtub and glass partition for showering, WC, hairdryer and make-up mirror. Via the access to the underground car park you can reach the lockable bicycle room in the basement as well as the coin-operated washing machines and coin-operated dryers for your holiday laundry. Our flat on the 1st floor is furnished for rent to up to 4 people. In the living room there is a pull-out sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th person (1.90 x 1.58 bed surface). For our smallest guests, a travel cot and high chair are available free of charge. On request, your well-behaved, small family dog is also welcome for a small surcharge. One (1) parking space (2.70 m x 5.00 m) in our own underground garage (entrance height 2.00 m) is included. DSL internet via W-Lan is included. Our flat is a NON-SMOKING APARTMENT! and is located very close to the beach in Kühlungsborn-Ost. In the immediate vicinity you will find the town centre with Strandstraße, the strolling & promenade with shops, restaurants, cafes, pizzeria, ice cream parlour, shopping facilities and launderette as well as the pier and the marina. Fresh bread rolls for your holiday breakfast can be found in the numerous bakeries within walking distance. There are many opportunities to rent bicycles throughout the village, so you can explore the surroundings on the well-developed network of cycle paths

Great apartment with stable Wi-Fi.
The location and equipment of the apartment were great! And for the first time, we had a holiday apartment with stable Wi-Fi! Perfect. The beach and marina are within walking distance. We felt very comfortable. Many thanks to the owner family Andrä.

Arrive and feel good
The flat is very tastefully furnished and of high quality, with a lot of attention to detail. The mattresses are very comfortable and the new sofa bed, which our granddaughter was allowed to use, is top!
Nothing is missing, the landlords are very nice and helpful

liebevoll eingerichtete Maritimwohnung
Das Ferienappartement entspricht vollends den Erwartungen, die man anhand der Fotos sowie der Beschreibungen erhält. Die Liebe zum Detail wird in jedem Raum sichtbar: Kleine und große Dekorationen sind sorgfältig ausgewählt und haben ihren perfekten Platz. Kurz: Es ist eine Ferienwohnung wie man sie sich für die Küste vorstellt. Die Wohnung ist absolut sauber und die Ausstattung (Küche, etc.) ist von sehr guter Qualität. Hier zeigt sich wieder die Liebe zum Detail ;-)
Unser Aufenthalt war sehr entspannend: Es war ein "Katzensprung" zur nächsten Einkaufmöglichkeit (ALDI, ca. 5Min; Bäcker, ca. 5Min.). Die Nähe zur Strandpromenade ermöglichte, dass wir ziemlich schnell an der Ostsee waren. Kurz: Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Vielen lieben Dank liebe Familie Andrä!!! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ;-)

Super schön und sehr sauber
Das Apartment ist super schön eingerichtet und unsere Vorfreude von den Fotos hat sich bestätigt. Dank der tollen ruhigen Lage ist man mit wenigen Schritten am Meer und in der Nähe hat man eine gute Restaurant-Auswahl.

perfekt zum Entspannen
Eine schick eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man im Urlaub so braucht.
Alles schön hell und sehr sauber, gute Lage es ist alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar,
da blieb das Auto gleich in der Tiefgarage. Wir haben nichts vermisst.
Ein Dankeschön an die Eigentümer.
