Haus Atlantic - a lovingly restored spa-style villa - is located directly on the fashionable Binz beach promenade and on the fine long sandy beach. It offers you a highly comfortable holiday ambience directly on the beach.
Enjoy the sun from two balconies (side sea view + south balcony) until late in the evening. Wonderful!
The light-flooded, spacious 61 m² holiday flat "Strandgeflüster" is equipped with a modern tiled floor
The bright living room with pull-out couch and dining area, a 40" UHD TV with BluRay/DVD player, free WLAN/Internet, a stereo system with DAB+ and CD certainly leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchenette adjoining the living room is equipped with a fridge and freezer, dishwasher and induction hob.
The two separate bedrooms are wonderful for dreaming.
The "Strandgeflüster" holiday flat is in a great location, right in the middle of the historic beach promenade and directly on the beautiful, fine sandy beach. The beach stretches for kilometres and makes Binz an absolute bathing paradise for young and old.
Binz's spa architecture shines in all its glory here. The pier, the spa square and the centre with its many cosy outdoor cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities are only a few steps away.
The holiday flat offers enough space for a family of four.
A baby cot with separate mattress and changing mat can be booked if required.
Our flat was awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association (DTV) in December 2018 for an occupancy of up to 4 guests!

Cancellation terms:
- Sollte der Mieter von seiner Buchung zurücktreten müssen, so ist ein Rücktritt vom Vertrag nur schriftlich per Brief oder eMail möglich. Der Vermieter wird sich auf Wunsch des Mieters nur im schriftlichen Auftrag um einen adäquaten Nachmieter bemühen. Sollte der Mieter selbst einen adäquaten Nachmieter stellen, so sind eine Umschreibung der Buchung und die Ausstellung eines neuen Mietvertrages erforderlich, die nur vom Vermieter vorgenommen werden kann. In beiden positiven Fällen wird dann die Höhe der vertraglich geschuldeten Rücktrittskosten (Tabelle siehe unten) auf 50,00 EUR Bearbeitungsgebühr zuzüglich der eventuell anfallenden Inseratskosten begrenzt. Wird für den stornierten Zeitraum kein adäquater Nachmieter gefunden, so ist der Mietpreis durch den Mieter, bzw. eine Rückerstattung durch den Vermieter bei bereits geleisteter Restzahlung wie folgt zu leisten: Ersatzanspruch des Vermieters bei einem Rücktritt des Mieters: – Stornierung bis 75 Tage vor Mietbeginn: die volle Anzahlung – Stornierung ab 74. bis 45. Tag vor Mietbeginn: 50% des Mietpreises – Stornierung ab 44. bis 30. Tag vor Mietbeginn: 80% des Mietpreises – Stornierung ab 29. Tag vor Mietbeginn: 90% des Mietpreises. Ein Rücktritt vom Mietvertrag gilt nur mit schriftlicher Erklärung per Brief oder eMail. Maßgeblich ist der Eingang der schriftlichen Rücktrittserklärung bei dem Vermieter.
