Spend your beach holiday in the Villa Glückspilz directly on the fashionable Binz beach promenade!
This well-kept 2-room holiday flat for 2 adults and up to 2 children awaits you with all the comforts for your holiday
In the large living room you will find a large couch with sleep function, a comfortable dining area as well as TV and radio
The kitchenette is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, crockery, cutlery, etc
The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, second TV and chest of drawers
A travel cot and high chair are provided free of charge
The bathroom has a real glass shower, hairdryer and WC
Wi-Fi, beach chair on the beach in front of the house (from May-September) and parking in the Wylichstraße car park are included
The holiday flat is located on the 1st floor.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a sauna with relaxation area and shower available for a fee.
Coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the house.
Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle cellar.

Villa Glückspilz is the only brick villa on the beach promenade in Binz and the central object of many guest photos. It is in a prime location directly on the Binz beach, only 3 minutes from the pier and the town centre. Restaurants and shopping facilities are nearby. Binz is the most beautiful and popular of the Rügen seaside resorts

Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Sollten Sie eine Buchung stornieren wollen, für deren Zeitraum kein Beherbergungsverbot gilt, gelten unsere normalen Stornobedingungen laut AGB`s: Reiserücktrittsbedingungen: Der Mieter kann jederzeit vor Reisebeginn von der Reise zurücktreten. Maßgeblich ist der Zugang der Rücktrittserklärung beim Vermieter. Always beautiful!
Also this year we liked it very much in the Fewo Strandrose :) ...
We appreciate the location on the beach, the very comfortable furnishings and the nice rental team. That's why we say "Goodbye next year"!

tolle, Lage, sehr gepflegte und saubere Wohnung,. Wir haben tolle Ostertage bei Sonnenschein in Binz verbracht - nur zu kurz. Im Kollegenkreis haben wir bereits weiter empfohlen und tun es hier auch sehr gern.

Schöne Villa am Strand

Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung.
Die Wohnung Strandrose ist sehr wohnlich und bequem möbliert. Hier kann man auch mal ganz entspannt einen verregneten Urlaubstag verbringen.
Die Sauna im Haus funktioniert mit Münzen und hat uns zweimal nach einem herbstlich-kalten Strandspaziergang wieder wohlig aufgewärmt.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

ausreichend Platz
mit unseren Zwillingen durften wir schöne Tage in der Wohnung verbringen. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Schnell mal am Strand rüber - war natürlich sehr bequem aber auch Binz als Stadt sehr schön. Der Parkplatz war für uns kein Problem.

Sehr gut: 5 Sterne
Eine sehr schöne Wohnung direkt am Strand in einer alten Backsteinbädervilla. Leider kein Seeblick, dafür aber ein Strandkorb direkt am Haus dabei. Das war super.
Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt, gute Aufteilung, Küche war bestens ausgestattet und großes bequemes Sofa! Binz war mit den Zug sehr gut erreichbar und somit ein entspannter Urlaub!

Gepflegte Fewo direkt am Strand.
In dieser sehr geräumigen Wohnung "Strandrose" kann man sich wohlfühlen. Die Ausstattung ist wohl durchdacht. Man merkt, daß der Vermieter mit Herzblut dabei ist. Alles war sehr gut gepflegt und sauber.
Wir empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung sehr gern weiter.
