Description
A modern holiday flat awaits you at a pleasant distance from the beach with a terrace
The living room has a flat screen TV (cable), CD radio, DVD player and 2 comfortable sofas
The separate kitchen with dining area has a chic kitchenette with white high-gloss fronts. It offers you a 4-plate ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and fridge with ice compartment
In the bedroom there is a wardrobe, a double bed (1.80x2m) and a second TV set
The bathroom has WC, washbasin, real glass shower, towel dryer and window.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
A furnished terrace with morning sun invites you to have breakfast. You are also allowed to barbecue.
The flat is located on a large garden plot. A parking space at the house is available for you free of charge.
Bicycles can be parked under the flat's canopy.
Please note: The house is built against a "hill", so the living room with morning sun has normal above-ground windows. The bedroom, however, has a light well in front of the window. The flat is located in the "semi-basement".

The "Seesand" holiday flat is in a quiet location on a large garden plot. The beautiful lakeside promenade of the Schmachter See, which has been redesigned with various adventure stations, is just a few steps away. You can walk along it to the beach and centre or to the beach promenade, both within easy walking distance (see detailed distance information).

Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Sollten Sie eine Buchung stornieren wollen, für deren Zeitraum kein Beherbergungsverbot gilt, gelten unsere normalen Stornobedingungen laut AGB`s: Reiserücktrittsbedingungen: Der Mieter kann jederzeit vor Reisebeginn von der Reise zurücktreten. Maßgeblich ist der Zugang der Rücktrittserklärung beim Vermieter. In Abhängigkeit vom Zeitpunkt des Rücktritts fallen folgende Rücktrittsgebühren an: - bis 91 Tage vor Mietbeginn = 50 € - 90 – 61 Tage vor Mietbeginn = 25 % des Mietpreises zzgl. 50 € Bearbeitungsgebühr - 60 – 35 Tage vor Mietbeginn = 50 % des Mietpreises zzgl. 50 € Bearbeitungsgebühr - 34 – 2 Tage vor Mietbeginn = 80 % des Mietpreises zzgl. 50 € Bearbeitungsgebühr - 1 Tag vor Mietbeginn oder bei Nichtinanspruchnahme = 95 % des Mietpreises zzgl. 50 € Bearbeitungsgebühr Die entsprechend errechneten Tagessätze sind für alle Tage des ursprünglich gebuchten Zeitraumes zu zahlen, die nicht anderweitig vergeben werden können. Wird vom Gast oder vom Vermieter ein Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen für den vereinbarten Zeitraum gestellt, wird nur eine Umbuchungsgebühr von 50,- € berechnet. Die Buchungsgebühr (je nach Objekt 20 oder 25 €) wird in jedem Fall einbehalten.

Idyllisch
mal ein Fleckchen gefunden mit Grün drumherum - Gartengrundstück, bequemes Parken und der Park am Schmachter See ist sehr verträumt. Um mitten im "Getümmel" zu sein haben wir nur wenige Minuten gebraucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wir haben hier einen schönen Urlaub verlebt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Wir hatten Platz für unsere Fahrräder und den Parkplatz vor der Tür.

Empfehlenswertes Quartier in Binz! Netter Kontakt! Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet mit kleiner Terrasse. Fahrräder konnten wir im Carport unterstellen. Parken war kostenfrei.

Eine nette Wohnung, mit Liebe eingerichtet! Der Preis dafür sehr günstig.
Man parkt direkt am Haus und ist fußläufig im Ort oder am Strand.

Erholsam!
Die Insel ist ein Traum: im Sommer wie im Winter und im Frühling erst recht!
Für unseren 4. Inselbesuch hatten wir die Fewo Seesand gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Fotos entsprechen dem, was man vor Ort vorfindet. Alles hübsch und sauber. Das Auto parkt direkt am Haus. Bei Fragen kann man sich an die netten Hausleute wenden.Hier würden wir wieder buchen!

Flat with chic
We spent a great holiday on the island of Rügen with lots of sunshine and in the evenings we could relax from our excursions in the quiet garden or start the day with breakfast outside. For us city dwellers, the garden was a little oasis. The flat was very clean and had everything you need - it was tastefully furnished in a contemporary style.
