The holiday flat is located on the top floor
The living room has a stereo system, an internet-capable TV and DVD player, dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and oven. The couch with sleeping function can be used for extra beds
The bedroom offers you a double bed, wardrobe, 2nd TV set and alarm clock radio
Children's travel cot and high chair are provided free of charge if required
The beautiful bathroom is equipped with WC, real glass shower and hairdryer.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge
In the basement of the villa, a sauna with relaxation area is available for house guests (for coins)
Coin-operated washing machine and dryer are located in the central laundry room and can also be used.
A bicycle cellar is available for bicycles.
2022: A parking space at Proraer Chaussee 5 is included.

The holiday flat "Bernstein" is located in the only brick villa "Glückspilz" on the beach of Binz and is a popular motif of many holiday photos - it is situated in a beautiful beach location directly on the beach promenade, only 3 minutes walk from the pier and the town centre. Many shopping facilities and good restaurants are nearby. This is the most popular and beautiful of Rügen's seaside resorts.

Es wird lediglich die Buchungsgebühr einbehalten, da diese mit erfolgter Buchung verdient ist. Sollte der Grund des Reiserücktritts jedoch bei Ihnen liegen, weil z.B. Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Sollten Sie eine Buchung stornieren wollen, für deren Zeitraum kein Beherbergungsverbot gilt, gelten unsere normalen Stornobedingungen laut AGB`s: Reiserücktrittsbedingungen: Der Mieter kann jederzeit vor Reisebeginn von der Reise zurücktreten. Maßgeblich ist der Zugang der Rücktrittserklärung beim Vermieter. In Abhängigkeit vom Zeitpunkt des Rücktritts fallen folgende Rücktrittsgebühren an: - bis 91 Tage vor Mietbeginn = 50 € - 90 – 61 Tage vor Mietbeginn = 25 % des Mietpreises zzgl. 50 € Bearbeitungsgebühr - 60 – 35 Tage vor Mietbeginn = 50 % des Mietpreises zzgl. 50 € Bearbeitungsgebühr - 34 – 2 Tage vor Mietbeginn = 80 % des Mietpreises zzgl. 50 € Bearbeitungsgebühr - 1 Tag vor Mietbeginn oder bei Nichtinanspruchnahme = 95 % des Mietpreises zzgl. 50 € Bearbeitungsgebühr Die entsprechend errechneten Tagessätze sind für alle Tage des ursprünglich gebuchten Zeitraumes zu zahlen, die nicht anderweitig vergeben werden können. Wird vom Gast oder vom Vermieter ein Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen für den vereinbarten Zeitraum gestellt, wird nur eine Umbuchungsgebühr von 50,- € berechnet. Die Buchungsgebühr (je nach Objekt 20 oder 25 €) wird in jedem Fall einbehalten.

Erholungsurlaub in Binz
Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, Wohnung gut, Villa direkt am Strand, viel besichtigt und erkundet und noch viel mehr Ruhe am Meer!

Beach chair included
We spent lovely days in Binz - this time on the other side of Binz, but just as beautiful. The weather was good, so we used the free beach chair every day. It's a pity that the flat doesn't have a balcony - that would be more than perfect, but beach chair just as good ;-)

Schöne Lage

Wir hatten Ihr einen schönen Urlaub in bester Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und befindet sich direkt am Strand. Wir haben uns auf Binz sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.

Wir konnten nacht das Meeresrauschen bei offenem Fenster genießen, ruhige Lage, zentral. Schade, dass die Wohnung keinen Balkon hat. Wir waren aber sehr zufrieden.

Schöne Villa am Strand
Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Binz und hatten es mit der Villa und der Wohnung gut getroffen. Die Lage ist zentral. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Fahrräder waren im Keller gut untergebracht. Zentrum und Seebrücke sind nah. 5 Sterne.

Direkt am Wasser!
Diese Ferienwohnung war gemütlich und sauber. Sie liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade. Es gibt einen Strandkorb am Strand der zur Wohnung gehört und kostenfrei genutzt werden kann. Der Bäcker ist nicht weit weg. Es hat uns gefallen.
