Very nice holiday home

The holiday home has been extensively renovated by its owners. The furnishings are practical and invite you to stay. Each room is equipped with a bathroom and toilet. The kitchen is functional, only a microwave is missing. There are three free parking spaces directly in front of the house, with further parking options available approximately 150 meters away. The contact with the landlord was very friendly.

Wonderful holiday home

We spent our extended family weekend with 12 people 5 generations from 2 to 80 years in this beautiful house. It has a special charm because it is furnished and decorated with great taste and attention to detail.
We especially liked the equipment of each room with its own bathroom and the light-flooded large living/dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need.
The landlady is super nice and the handling uncomplicated
We would love to come back!

We can only recommend the house... we didn't miss anything here. (except good weather ?)

The equipment is great... everything you need is really there. We particularly liked that each room has its own bathroom. The communication with the Nemitz family was also great.

In the municipality of Sagard, a visit to the historic center is worthwhile. Also, visit the impressive Gothic brick church of St. Michael or the Bronze Age burial mound Dobberworth. Then we recommend the municipality of Sagard on the island of Rügen or on the Jasmund peninsula. Sagard is located about 16 kilometers northeast of Bergen. Seven kilometers to the west is Sassnitz. The B 96 highway passes directly by the municipality. Here, the L 30 also branches off towards Altenkirchen on the Wittow peninsula. In Sagard, there is a train station on the Stralsund - Sassnitz line. Trains on the RE 9 line run hourly to Sassnitz or to Stralsund and Lietow. Every two hours, there are also trains to Rostock.
