Dream apartment near the beach

The penthouse apartment is tastefully modern furnished, we felt very comfortable. It has a huge terrace that invites for outside breakfast, which was really nice thanks to the sunshade. The bedrooms face Wittower Straße, so car noise comes through when the balcony doors are open, which didn't bother me. Those who are sensitive to that, especially since the birdsong starts earlier and I enjoyed it very much, can close the doors and then you won't hear anything. We would love to come back very much. Other highlights include a swivel TV, an infrared sauna, and a large shower.

Good but ...

Hello,
it is really a nice apartment, close to the beach and quite well-kept.
What is really not up to date is the lack of Wi-Fi, which is already a drawback.
Also, there is no insect protection on any window, which is an issue given the proximity to a forest.
Additionally, there is no dishwasher, which wouldn't be a problem, but then free dish towels should be provided.
Would love to come back, but please keep an eye on the price under these conditions.
