This beautiful, very well-maintained 1.5-room holiday flat will inspire you:
In the large living/bedroom with kitchenette there is a comfortable double bed, a reading chair and a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, 2-plate hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, espresso machine, toaster and kettle
The enclosed loggia with a beautiful sea view is furnished as a living area with flat screen TV, radio with CD player, dining area and couch
If required, an extra bed for 1 person can be placed on the couch
The holiday flat offers space for max. 2 adults and one child
Parking space at the house and WLAN are already included in the price
The flat is located on the mezzanine floor.
A beach chair on the beach is available free of charge from May to September.

Location and surroundings of object
The "Elisabethblick" holiday flat is located in the Villa Agnes and is situated in the authentic, historic part of the Binz beach promenade, directly on the white and fine sandy bathing beach in Binz. Good restaurants, the "Strandhalle", are nearby. To the town centre and the pier, it takes about 10 minutes to stroll along the beach or the promenade.

Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Sollten Sie eine Buchung stornieren wollen, für deren Zeitraum kein Beherbergungsverbot gilt, gelten unsere normalen Stornobedingungen laut AGB`s: Reiserücktrittsbedingungen: Der Mieter kann jederzeit vor Reisebeginn von der Reise zurücktreten. Maßgeblich ist der Zugang der Rücktrittserklärung beim Vermieter. Wird vom Gast oder vom Vermieter ein Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen für den vereinbarten Zeitraum gestellt, wird nur eine Umbuchungsgebühr von 50,- € berechnet. Die Buchungsgebühr (je nach Objekt 20 oder 25 €) wird in jedem Fall einbehalten.

ein toller Blick
Die Villa liegt am "Ende der Straße" , weg vom Trubel, freie Sicht aufs Wasser und in wenigen Schritten mitten im Geschehen. Jede Wohnung hat seinen zugeteilten Parkplatz auf dem Hof - sehr vom Vorteil in Binz. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepfelgt und gut ausgestattet und ein Hauch von maritimer Einrichtung.

Sommerurlaub
Nach fast 2 Jahren "Urlaubs-Zwangspause" durften wir doch unseren Sommerurlaub in Binz verbringen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und haben Kraft getankt, viel unternommen und trotzdem noch nicht alles von der schönen Insel gesehen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Tolle Strandvilla!
