Description
The comfortable 63 sqm 2-room apartment is located in a 4**** star holiday resort and is very close to the beach at a distance of 150 - 200 m. From the living room, you have access to the generously designed balcony with a beach chair. The bedroom is connected through the dressing room to the bathroom tiled in Italian granite. The bedroom was renovated in November 2016 and has a new box spring bed.

In November 2017, a new kitchenette was installed, the stove has a ceramic hob.
Also, the windows and the patio door are fitted with fly screens. Even in winter, the apartment is a great starting point to explore the island more closely; it then has "special" good air, "spülsaumlaufen" at the nearby beach, and wellness options contribute to relaxation.
The apartment is really very large, there is a lot of space available! In addition, it is very quietly situated, and yet you can quickly reach the town center.
The use of WiFi for the computer is free.
There is an underground parking space available for your car. The apartment is a good starting point for extensive bike rides or hikes across the island.
Guided great hikes are available at any time.

Location and surroundings of object
To reach the center of Binz, it takes about 20 minutes on foot. The sandy beach is about 150 meters away, where one can greet the sea in the morning while going to pick up bread rolls.
Binz, first documented in 1318 as the small fishing village Byntze, today has about ___ inhabitants. The largest seaside resort on the island of Rügen is located on one of the most enchanting bays of the island, the Prorer Wiek. Flanked by the extensive forest areas of the Schmale Heide and the Granitz, the locale nestles to the west against the reed-fringed shores of the Schmachter Lake, while facing the Baltic Sea to the east.
The Baltic Sea resort Binz, with its hours of sunshine, ranks among the sunniest places in Germany. The well-being of the body and soul is also the focus of Binz's wellness and beauty offerings. Unique as in no other seaside resort on the island, the spa architecture is evident in Binz. The playful ornaments and rosettes on the wooden balconies of the villas have become a synonym for Binz and attract thousands of visitors annually.
A special feature of the seaside resort is the 3.2-kilometer-long promenade lined with houses in romantic spa architecture, inviting visitors for a walk all year round. The center of this promenade consists of the Kurhaus (built as a hotel in 1907, reopened as a hotel at the end of 2001), the Kurplatz with the concert pavilion, the pergolas and colonnades, and the pier, which was rebuilt in 1994. It is 370 meters long and the starting point for boat trips to the neighboring Baltic seaside resorts and the chalk cliffs.

Cancellation terms:
Withdrawal from the contract / Breach of contract / No-show
In the event of withdrawal, the customer may be required to compensate for arrangements and expenses made. The amount of this compensation claim is determined by the proximity of the time of withdrawal to the agreed date of arrival; the decisive factor is the time of receipt of the withdrawal statement. The claim for compensation is structured into the following flat rates:
• from the 29th to the 15th day before the day of arrival with 50% of the agreed rent;
• from the 14th to the 7th day before the day of arrival with 60% of the agreed rent;
• from the 6th day before the day of arrival with 70% of the agreed rent.
In all cases of withdrawal, a processing fee of EUR 50 will be charged.
Withdrawal after arrival is excluded. In the event of non-arrival or premature departure, the claim for payment remains in full amount, minus a flat rate for saved expenses of 10% of the rent. The customer is free to prove that the claim has not arisen or has not arisen in the amount demanded. In cases of withdrawal, no-show, or premature departure, the landlord will attempt to rent the property again. In the event of success, the rental income achieved from the re-rental will be credited against the aforementioned claim for compensation.

Great holiday apartment
We were there for the first time in October, but not the last time in this beautifully and stylishly furnished apartment.
What stood out as very pleasant was the great bathroom, the lovely box spring bed, and the balcony – truly impressive.
Highly recommended. We will definitely come back.
The landlords really put a lot of effort into the furnishing.
Perhaps a sofa landscape would be a recommendation, and maybe a small television in the bedroom someday would also be nice. But all in all, a great vacation apartment.

Recreation and plenty of exercise
We spent two very nice weeks in the vacation apartment.
It is in a good location to explore the island from there.
The apartment itself is well equipped – we lacked nothing.
We would book the accommodation from the Weidler family again and can highly recommend it.

Relaxing vacation
We spent a beautiful week in Binz. The vacation apartment is wonderfully and lovingly furnished. After being out during the day, we looked forward to a cozy home in the evenings. There were no wishes left unfulfilled. Although the weather was at times very unstable and quite cold for the season, we felt very good and the arrival and departure by train went smoothly. Thank you, Weidler family.

The first Baltic Sea vacation in Binz
Vacation rental and facility super - weather not so good.
Stylishly furnished, bakery at the reception, very good.
Price-performance ratio very good. Beach and beach chair - not far.
We would love to come back and stay longer, 1 week is too short.
There were so many entertainment options - very good.
