A large 2.5-room holiday flat with a beautiful sea view awaits you in a prime location,
directly on the beach of Binz:
The large, bright living room with TV, Wi-Fi and stereo system has a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc. as well as a comfortable dining area in the bay window with sea view
The furnished balcony with direct sea view is accessible from the living room.
In the spacious bedroom you have a double bed and a large wardrobe
In the loggia as a further "bedroom", the sofa bed can be used for up to two people if required (1m40 wide)
A cot and high chair are available free of charge, so that up to 4 people + a small child can stay overnight.
The beautiful, modern bathroom was renovated in 2019. It now has a toilet, shower and washbasin
A parking space in the garage at the house is already included in the price (lift garage, clear height 1m65, not suitable for oversized cars).
The holiday flat is on the mezzanine floor.
A lift is available in the house.
From May to September, you can use a beach chair on the beach free of charge.

The Villa Stranddistel with the holiday flat "Ostseeblick" is located in the 1st row directly on the fashionable beach promenade of Binz, directly on the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach on the island of Rügen. It is only a stone's throw to the centre and the pier. Numerous shopping facilities and good restaurants can be found near the holiday flat. We look forward to your visit!

Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Sollten Sie eine Buchung stornieren wollen, für deren Zeitraum kein Beherbergungsverbot gilt, gelten unsere normalen Stornobedingungen laut AGB`s: Reiserücktrittsbedingungen: Der Mieter kann jederzeit vor Reisebeginn von der Reise zurücktreten. Wird vom Gast oder vom Vermieter ein Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen für den vereinbarten Zeitraum gestellt, wird nur eine Umbuchungsgebühr von 50,- € berechnet. Die Buchungsgebühr (je nach Objekt 20 oder 25 €) wird in jedem Fall einbehalten.

Urlaub an der Ostsee
mal kurz Seeluft schnuppern und wieder nach Hause. Der Urlaub war viel zu kurz, aber es war gut, mal wieder hier zu sein.

direkt am Wasser!
Sonst urlauben wir in Italien - dieses Jahr coronabedingt auf Rügen. Und es war schön!
Das Haus ist direkt am Strand gelegen und so war es mit den Kindern total entspannt.
Wenn es nicht so weit entfernt wäre, würden wir sofort wieder buchen ;) !

Familienwohnung
die ganze Familie fand Platz in dieser Wohnung, große Küchenzeile und die Kinder hatten ihr "eigenes Reich", toller Blick auf die eisige Ostsee. Wir haben Binz komplett zu Fuß erkundet und dabei auch tolle Restaurants entdeckt.

die Wohnung ist toll gelegen, frühstücken bei Meerblick, abgetrenntes Kinderzimmer, großes Schlafzimmer - sehr viel Platz in der Wohnung und Bad sieht wie neu aus!? Nächstes Mal für länger!

Schöne Ferien an der Ostsee
Mit Meerblick in direkter Strandlage konnten wir sehr entspannte Urlaubstage verleben. Die große, helle Wohnung war ordentlich geputzt und schön warm.
Wir durften mit Baby sogar eher einziehen. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür!

Schöne Wohnung mit schönem Ausblick.
Wir konnten unseren Kurzurlaub in dieser schönen, geräumigen Wohnung mit schickem neuen Bad entspannt genießen. Vom Balkon und den Wohnzimmerfenstern sieht man das Wasser. Alles sehr schön!

Holiday with a view!
The whole family had a good rest here. The sea view is beautiful and the weather was fantastic. The location is of course totally relaxed, especially for families with small children (like us :). A quick nap in the holiday flat, home for the big business... no problem at all. We are already planning our next visit!

Toller Blick, super Lage!
Ausreichend Platz für die ganze Familie in dieser schönen Strandwohnung! WLAN war inklusive, das hat die Kids gefreut. Papa hat den Parkplatz am Haus sehr geschätzt und Mama den kostenfrei und nur für uns reservierten Strandkorb am Strand vorm Haus. Wir haben gleich für das nächste Jahr wieder gebucht!
