Description
A beautiful 2-room holiday home with separate kitchen and sunny balcony and terrace awaits you!
It was renovated and refurnished in winter 2020 and is now available for relaxing holidays.
The living room is equipped with flat screen TV, BlueRay/DVD player, CD radio, wood-burning stove (heatable with wood),
Couch and armchair
In the bedroom you will find a double bed and wardrobe. Blackout curtains are available
The separate kitchen offers you a dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchenette
with 4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice compartment, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, water boiler, dishes, pots etc.
The small bathroom has a shower, WC and a window.
If required, the holiday home can be heated with the wood-burning stove or electrically
Wood is provided free of charge.
The beautiful, furnished west-facing balcony can be accessed from the living room.
The terrace in the garden is also west-facing and also has sun in the afternoon until sunset.
Furthermore, an open pavilion can be used in the large garden.
Barbecues are allowed (barbecue available).
A parking space at the house is available free of charge. There is also a lockable storage room for bicycles.
The solidly built holiday home is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village in a large garden, approx. 200m from Lake Schmachter
It is a 20-minute walk to the centre of the village
Of course, you are welcome to bring your own bicycles or rent some from the rental stations in the village.

- A deposit of € 200 per stay will be charged.

Es wird lediglich die Buchungsgebühr einbehalten, da diese mit erfolgter Buchung verdient ist. Sollte der Grund des Reiserücktritts jedoch bei Ihnen liegen, weil z.B. Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Sollten Sie eine Buchung stornieren wollen, für deren Zeitraum kein Beherbergungsverbot gilt, gelten unsere normalen Stornobedingungen laut AGB`s: Reiserücktrittsbedingungen: Der Mieter kann jederzeit vor Reisebeginn von der Reise zurücktreten. Wird vom Gast oder vom Vermieter ein Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen für den vereinbarten Zeitraum gestellt, wird nur eine Umbuchungsgebühr von 50,- € berechnet. Super beautiful here!
Pure holiday home idyll: large garden, sunny terrace, beautiful balcony, lovingly and thoughtfully furnished flat and .... Peace and quiet! We wanted for nothing!

Natur pur
Abseits vom Trubel haben wir in der "grünen Oase" unseren Urlaub verbracht. Dicht am Schmachter See, Vogelgezwitscher und viel Grün rundum - so wie man sich Erholung wünscht. In nur wenigen Minuten waren wir jedoch im Herzen von Binz. Das Häuschen ist geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet worden. Die Fotos haben nicht getäuscht ;-) Vielen Dank!

So gut erholt wie lange nicht mehr!
Einfach nur in der Sonne liegen, lesen, faulenzen ... Schöne Touren mit unseren E-Bikes. An der Strandpromenade bummeln und gutes Essen genießen.
Binz ist ein wunderbarer Ort um sich zu erholen und dieses Ferienhaus war ein Glücksgriff!

Kurzurlaub!
Erholung im Grünen! Wir haben uns mit unserem Enkelkind hier sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten bei schönem Spätherbstwetter noch die Sitzplätze im Garten genießen. Außerdem haben wir riesige Steinpilze im Garten hinterm Haus gefunden, die wir uns schmecken lassen durften.

Idylle am grünen Rand von Binz ...
Ein schöner Ort zum Seele baumeln lassen und in der Sonne faulenzen. Wenn man Lust auf Trubel hat, kann man ins Zentrum oder zum Strand spazieren (wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei und waren entsprechend schneller dort), ansonsten erholt man sich einfach im grünen Garten und lauscht dem Vogelgesang.
Fazit: gut erholt zum fairen Preis!

Natur pur
Mehr Natur geht nicht, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, Grundstück ist schön angelegt. Das Haus ist klein aber fein und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Eigentümer ist zu beneiden um, dieses Stückchen Erde :-)

Ruhe und Entspannung
Das kleine Häuschen hat uns Ruhe und Entspannung gegegben. Abseits vom Trubel und doch in Binz haben wir uns gut erholt, auf der Terrasse gesessen oder mal die Gegend erkundet. Mit einem Fahrrad die beste Unterkunft.
