Welcome to the sea - enjoy your island holiday with a wonderful sea view from the very top !
The comfortably furnished balcony offers you a wide view of the beach promenade, dune and Baltic Sea.
The beautiful living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, stereo with CD player, a comfortable couch with sleep function, a recliner and a comfortable dining area. In addition, there is a bar table in front of the balcony window for a relaxing glass of wine with a view of the sea.
A WLAN connection is available to guests free of charge.
In the separate and fully equipped kitchenette you will find a dishwasher, 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.
The bedroom has a double bed (2x2m) and a large wardrobe. Bedroom and living room are equipped with blackout curtains.
The modern and spacious bathroom offers WC, real glass shower and hairdryer.
The holiday flat is located on the third floor. The house has a lift.
Coin-operated washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement of the house.
A parking space at the house is available free of charge.
Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle cellar.

The holiday flat is located in the flat house Ostsee, in the historical and quiet part of the binz beach promenade, directly on the white binz bathing beach. You have a beautiful sea view from the balcony of the flat. Binz offers restaurants and shopping facilities nearby. You can reach the town centre and the pier in 10 minutes by a relaxing walk along the beach or the fashionable beach promenade.

Es wird lediglich die Buchungsgebühr einbehalten, da diese mit erfolgter Buchung verdient ist. Sollte der Grund des Reiserücktritts jedoch bei Ihnen liegen, weil z.B. Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Sollten Sie eine Buchung stornieren wollen, für deren Zeitraum kein Beherbergungsverbot gilt, gelten unsere normalen Stornobedingungen laut AGB`s: Reiserücktrittsbedingungen: Der Mieter kann jederzeit vor Reisebeginn von der Reise zurücktreten. Maßgeblich ist der Zugang der Rücktrittserklärung beim Vermieter. Wird vom Gast oder vom Vermieter ein Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen für den vereinbarten Zeitraum gestellt, wird nur eine Umbuchungsgebühr von 50,- € berechnet. Die Buchungsgebühr (je nach Objekt 20 oder 25 €) wird in jedem Fall einbehalten.

Tolle Lage. Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub braucht.

Ein wunderschöner Blick hinüber zu den Kreidefelsen
Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Binz und es hat uns hier sehr gut gefallen. Der Blick vom Balkon hat uns jedes Mal aufs Neue fasziniert.

Immer wieder gern in Binz!
Das Haus und die gute Lage kannten wir bereits. Diesmal haben wir uns eine Ferienwohnung ganz oben ausgesucht und sind nicht enttäuscht worden.
Schöner Balkon mit tollem Ausblick. Auch die Wohnung ist gemütlich und bequem eingerichtet. Wir können weiterempfehlen!

Schöner Ausblick vom Dachbalkon!
In diesem Haus haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Wohnung war gut in Schuß und bequem eingerichtet. Das Meer liegt direkt vor der Haustür und vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick darauf.
