Welcome to the sea - enjoy your island holiday with a wonderful sea view from the very top !
The comfortably furnished balcony offers you a wide view of the beach promenade, dune and Baltic Sea.
The beautiful living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, stereo with CD player, a comfortable couch with sleep function, a recliner and a comfortable dining area. In addition, there is a bar table in front of the balcony window for a relaxing glass of wine with a view of the sea.
A WLAN connection is available to guests free of charge.
In the separate and fully equipped kitchenette you will find a dishwasher, 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.
The bedroom has a double bed (2x2m) and a large wardrobe. Bedroom and living room are equipped with blackout curtains.
The modern and spacious bathroom offers WC, real glass shower and hairdryer.
The holiday flat is located on the third floor. The house has a lift.
Coin-operated washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement of the house.
A parking space at the house is available free of charge.
Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle cellar.

The holiday flat is located in the flat house Ostsee, in the historical and quiet part of the binz beach promenade, directly on the white binz bathing beach. You have a beautiful sea view from the balcony of the flat. Binz offers restaurants and shopping facilities nearby. You can reach the town centre and the pier in 10 minutes by a relaxing walk along the beach or the fashionable beach promenade.

Lovely vacation by the sea
Great location. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a vacation. All in all, it was perfect. We will definitely come back.

Even the older generation enjoyed beautiful vacation days here. Elevator in the building, parking at the house. Great location. Clean and well-maintained accommodation.

A beautiful view over to the chalk cliffs.
We were in Binz for the first time and we really liked it here. The view from the balcony fascinated us every time. We would like to recommend this holiday apartment and the service.

Always happy to be in Binz!
We already knew the house and the good location. This time we chose a vacation apartment at the very top and were not disappointed. Lovely balcony with a great view. The apartment is also cozy and comfortably furnished. We can recommend it!
