The "Turmjuwel" holiday flat was completely renovated and refurnished for you in 2018

The "Tower Jewel" is located in the Villa Metropol. The spacious, bright living room with dining area in the tower bay offers you a beautiful view over the centre of Binz to the sea. A high-quality wooden floor creates a cosy living ambience. A compact music system with CD player and a flat screen TV are available. W-LAN is available free of charge. The couch in the living room can be used for 2 children or 1 adult if required.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a TV set and blackout curtains and is carpeted.
The large, sunny south-facing balcony with a view of the town centre and the Baltic Sea is comfortably furnished and accessible from the living room and the bedroom.
The separate kitchen offers you a fitted kitchen with real wood worktop, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. You also have a view of the sea from the kitchen. The dining area is not in the kitchen, but in the living room.
The bathroom is equipped with a real glass shower cabin with rain shower and a beautiful granite floor.
The holiday flat is located on the 3rd floor.
Lift as well as a storage room for bicycles are available in the Villa Metropol.
A parking space directly at the house is included in the price.
A beach chair is available free of charge between beach exits 21 and 22 from May to September.

The "Turmjuwel" holiday flat is located in the historic "Metropol" spa villa, only 150 metres from the beach and the beach promenade as well as from the centre of Binz. The pier is just a stone's throw away. Various shopping facilities and good restaurants can be found near the holiday flat.

Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Wir wollten garnicht wieder weg - 13 Tage und noch zu wenig. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass dem Eigentümer wichtig ist, dass sich der Gast auch wirklich wohlfühlt...großes Kompliment! Der Preis ist es wirklich Wert. Sehr sauber, Balkon, beste Lage und der Parkplatz war uns jeden Tag sicher.

Von der Ferienwohnung waren wir sehr positiv überrascht, da diese sehr hochwertig und modern ausgestattet ist. Auch sehr schön der Sonnige Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer. Daher können wir die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Rügenwoche in diesem Appartement verbracht. Beim Betreten der Wohnung entstand schon gelich ein sehr edler Eindruck, der sich durch die ganze Wohnung zog. Eine sehr geräumige Küche, in den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen und konnte schon paar Sonnenstrahlen auf dem Balkon genießen. Adresse haben wir schon weiterempfohlen :-)

just the way we like it
We spent a great week in this flat. It is furnished to a high standard - with lots of taste. We had great weather but also looked forward to the flat after the day trips. Great view, large balcony, great kitchen facilities and best location. We can highly recommend and will definitely be back soon.
