Exclusive thatched-roof holiday home with 125 m/2 living space - no attic measured as living space!!! For up to 6 people - can also be booked with an outbuilding with 85 m/2 fitness/wellness area if required

The house was built in 2006 on a huge plot of land in elaborate construction and architecture
All rooms have high-quality and precisely fitting white carpentry fixtures. All bedrooms and bathrooms have oiled solid oak parquet flooring. The living area and kitchen as well as the two bathrooms have underfloor heating, large all-glass circular showers with a diameter of 1 metre, light-flooded living area of approx. 55 m/2 with hand-formed terracotta tiles, over-complete kitchen, 40-inch flat-screen TV, Bluray player, sound box with Bluetooth for your own music, two 2-leaf basket-arched wooden French doors to the terraces, dimmable picture, ceiling. Teak garden furniture with benches and deckchairs are available in the months April-October
On arrival the beds are already made. Hand towels, bath towels, two bathrobes and table linen are provided. Washing machine and dryer can be used at no extra cost (1 x daily - not on arrival and departure day)
There is a parking space on the property - further parking spaces are possible approx. 100 m away. There is no additional visitor's tax - normally € 3,00 per day and person.

| The prices quoted refer to use with 2 persons Each additional person is charged € 20 per night in increments of up to 4, up to 6 persons. Up to max. 6 persons are possible, if necessary as 7th person a baby or infant. There is no additional visitor's tax, which is normally € 3.00 per day and person in Binz The laundry service is included in the price of € 10 per person!!! Therefore, when you arrive, the beds are already made up. There are bath towels and hand towels for all persons as well as 2 bathrobes for the house and table linen There is 1 parking space on the property - without additional costs. If necessary, further vehicles can only be parked approx. 100 m away for € 10 per week We charge € 10 per night for a dog. Only for the first booking with 1 dog we charge € 500 deposit. Current occupancy plan and details as well as countless pictures can be found on our own website. Our rental prices take into account a booking of at least 7 nights. In low season a booking of 5 nights is possible, but then 5-6 nights at the price of the mid-season. Booking gaps in the main/intermediate season of 2-6 nights are bookable, but then only at the us you pay final prices - without hidden additional costs. You save with 4 persons daily € 12 visitor's tax, parking place per night mostly € 15 and the 4 laundry packages with mostly € 25 per package. Of course we do not charge for the use of washing machine + dryer(1 x daily). Normally with a coin-operated machine € 4 per wash or dryer. If you stay for a week, you will save about € 350 in additional costs, which are incurred by cheap offers. |

The prices refer to a use with 2 persons. Up to 4 persons € 40 more, up to 6 persons € 80 more than the basic price. The wellness/fitness area of approx. 85 m/2 can be rented additionally for the entire rental period if used by up to 4 persons (for 2 persons € 129 or up to 4 persons € 159 per day).
A dog is charged € 10 per night and can be brought along by arrangement. For first-time bookings with 1 dog we charge a deposit of € 500. For 2 dogs € 1.000 deposit. More than 2 dogs not possible.

The house truly deserves its 5 stars...
We are already here for the 2nd time and have already booked for next summer. In addition, the top wine as a welcome gift - our thanks to the host!! It was again a perfect holiday in this beautiful house. The furnishings are simply great, absolutely high quality and extremely well-maintained. The beautiful garden with fragrant wild roses and climbing roses also fits in perfectly, where we sat comfortably until late at night.

Wir geben uns bei Einrichtung und Garten auch sehr große Mühe, damit das Haus der 5-Sterne-Klassifizierung des DTV (Deutscher Tourismusverband) immer entspricht, wobei wir gerade bei der letzten Bewertung im April die für 5 Sterne erforderliche Punktzahl weit übertroffen haben. Das Haus wurde nunmehr das 5. Mal für jeweils 3 Jahre mit dieser höchsten Bewertung für Ferienhäuser klassifiziert. Wenn unsere Gäste diese maximale Auszeichnung in unserem "Wildröschen" so auch wahrnehmen und empfinden, dann sind wir zufrieden...

More than 5 stars.....
Despite the very wintry weather, we enjoyed every day of our vacation in this cozy holiday home, tastefully decorated. Even on the dark January days, the light-filled living room with many windows on all sides was always a special highlight, and we only went to the beach in the afternoon. If we were to build again, many details of this truly 5-star holiday home would be incorporated into our plans. We were particularly impressed by the perfectly fitting built-in units in every room and the oak parquet floor warmed by the underfloor heating in the bathrooms each morning.
A very spacious house for a family vacation, but also perfect for just the two of us. We would love to come back here for a summer vacation, but unfortunately, there is only one free week left in September...
