The flat is located on the first floor and offers a spacious living area with Smart-TV (40 inch), stereo, Blue-Ray-Player and Wi-Fi as well as a fully equipped kitchenette (with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and toaster)
The flat has two beautiful bedrooms, each with a double bed and wardrobe
One bedroom is additionally equipped with a smart TV (32 inch)
The flat offers two bathrooms: one bathroom with shower and toilet and one full bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet.
All windows of the flat are equipped with external roller shutters
A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge
From the large, furnished south-west-facing balcony you have a view of the spa gardens.
A lift is available in the house.
A free parking space in the carport (clearance height 1.90 m) at the house is included
Sauna and solarium are available in the house for a fee
From May to October, you can use a beach chair on the beach free of charge.

Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Sollten Sie eine Buchung stornieren wollen, für deren Zeitraum kein Beherbergungsverbot gilt, gelten unsere normalen Stornobedingungen laut AGB`s: Reiserücktrittsbedingungen: Der Mieter kann jederzeit vor Reisebeginn von der Reise zurücktreten. Wird vom Gast oder vom Vermieter ein Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen für den vereinbarten Zeitraum gestellt, wird nur eine Umbuchungsgebühr von 50,- € berechnet. Die Buchungsgebühr (je nach Objekt 20 oder 25 €) wird in jedem Fall einbehalten.

Easter vacation
It was a relaxed and eventful time, we liked it so much that we extended for another day. The car was protected in the carport, the spa park is idyllic and a quiet spot, although centrally located. The apartment was very spacious and well maintained.

große Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gepflegt. Für die Kinder gleich ein Spielplatz um die Ecke. Wir haben die Tage in Binz sehr genossen und bereits weiter empfohlen.

Wir werden wiederkommen
Es war eine toll eingerichtete Wohnung sehr geräumig und vor allem schön ruhig.
Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und alles war sehr sauber.

Always a pleasure :) ...
We felt very comfortable here, as always. The flat is large, bright and friendly. You can quickly get to the beach and above all you have your beach chair safe, which is very comfortable especially in high summer with the high demand!
For next year we have booked our desired date right away again ...

Alles sehr gut!
Sehr, sehr komfortabeles Quartier. Alles gut durchdacht und sehr schön eingerichtet. Dicht am Strand und am Zentrum, der Kurpark ist gleich gegenüber.
Nicht weit weg ist ein großer Spielplatz, den unsere Enkelkinder ganz toll fanden.

Sehr komfortable Ferienwohnung!
Die Wohnung ist so schön, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Man wohnt sehr großzügig und bequem. Wir sind als 2 befreundete Ehepaare verreist. Jede Familie hatte ihr eigenes Bad und auch für die abendlichen Runden war Platz genug in der Wohnung oder auf dem großen Balkon.

Wohlfühlatmosphäre
