A beautiful, bright 3-room holiday flat with a roof terrace and the water of the Bodden in sight awaits you
The living room offers satellite TV, a couch with sleeping function for 1-2 persons, a dining area and a kitchenette
The small kitchenette has a fridge with icebox, 2-plate hob, mini oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, crockery, pots, cutlery etc
The large furnished roof terrace with a view of the Bodden can be accessed from the living room
This 3-room apartment is on 2 floors (first floor + attic). It has two separate bedrooms:
- an open bedroom in the attic with 1 x double bed [140x200cm], 1 x single bed and 1 x cot
- a children's bedroom with bunk bed on the same floor as the living room and bathroom.
I.e. the living room with kitchenette and the shower room are on the 1st floor together with the children's room
The master bedroom is in the attic (without door to the living area, see photos)
Car parking spaces and bicycle storage facilities are available at the house
A fully covered cot and a high chair are provided free of charge if required
Internet use is possible by arrangement.
A small playground in the courtyard and a barbecue area can be used by guests.
The holiday flat is located on a working dairy farm.

Location and surroundings of object
The farm is located in Vaschvitz on the island of Rügen, between Trent and Wiek, near the Wittow ferry. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Bodden. A bakery and shopping facilities are 5 minutes away by car in Trent. The beaches on the island of Rügen can easily be reached by car, Schaprode in 5 minutes or the Schaabe in 10 minutes. In Vaschvitz itself you can swim in the Bodden. You can see the Bodden - the water - from almost all the windows of the holiday flats.

- Im Falle eines Beherbergungsverbotes wird Ihre Buchung kostenfrei storniert. Bereits geleistete Zahlungen werden erstattet. Es wird lediglich die Buchungsgebühr einbehalten, da diese mit erfolgter Buchung verdient ist. Sollte der Grund des Reiserücktritts jedoch bei Ihnen liegen, weil z.B. Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Kurztripp nach Rügen
Die Wohnung ist ideal mit Kindern (kostenfreies, bezogenes Kinderbett) und für Menschen, die die Ruhe lieben. Rügen ist zu jeder Jahreszeit eine Reise wert. Wir entdecken immer etwas neues :-) Bis zum nächsten Mal.

Familienzeit
Wir haben mit unseren Zwillingen eine Woche in der Wohnung verbracht. In der Wohnung hatten wir alles, was wir brauchten. Abseits vom Trubel konnten wir uns gut erholen, Blick in die ferne schweifen lassen und Rügen erkunden.
