Description
The holiday flat is located on the 1st floor of the front part of the Residenz Binz and faces south-west with a view of the romantic Schmachter See, not far from the city and the Baltic Sea beach.
This beautiful 52 sqm flat is comfortably furnished and has its own special charm. It is located on 2 levels (6 steps), is suitable for allergy sufferers (unfortunately animals are not allowed) and offers space for three people
The large living-dining area with the pull-out couch and the swivel TV armchair offers an ideal place for relaxing hours. A large HD 46 inch flat screen TV, a stereo system, DVD player and free wifi (internet access) await you.
The spacious kitchen is integrated into the bright and friendly living room, from where you have access to the furnished balcony with a far-reaching view.
The bedroom is located in the step-free tower, from where you can enjoy a part of the Schmachter See as a view. There is space for a 3rd bed.
One or two more persons can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.
In February 2016, a new glass shower cabin with low entry was installed in the bathroom.
All windows are equipped with roller shutters.
One car can be parked in the car park free of charge.
There is a small playground with seating on the adjacent lawn.
The holiday flat has enough literature about Rügen, as well as the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. You will be surprised what the island of Rügen has to offer. Other reading material and games are also available.
Smoking is not permitted in the holiday flat, but you are welcome to smoke on the balcony.

If you would like to enjoy the hustle and bustle, you will find nice shops, restaurants, cafes and the streets with the beautiful old houses and villas of the seaside resort architecture about 200 metres away.
The island of Rügen, with the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Binz, has something to offer everyone in every season thanks to its diversity.

The holiday flat is at your disposal from 4 pm. Departure should be swept clean by 10 am. There is sleeping accommodation for 3 people. The flat is suitable for allergy sufferers, so pets are not allowed. You can park your car on the property free of charge. Linen packages (bed linen, towels, bath towel, bath mat and kitchen towel) can be booked for a fee of € 15.00 per person. There is a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement of the house. |

- Falls durch Corona eine Anreise nach Rügen in Ihrem Buchungszeitraum nicht erlaubt ist, können Sie kostenlos stornieren. Gäste, die mindestens 60 Tage vor der Anreise stornieren, erhalten 100% des bisher bezahlten Betrages zurück. Wenn sie zwischen 14 und 60 Tagen vor der Anreise stornieren, erhalten sie 50% zurück. Andernfalls erhalten sie keine Erstattung. Gelingt es, einen anderen Mieter für den gleichen Zeitraum und zu den gleichen Bedingungen zu finden, so wird lediglich eine Stornierungsgebühr i.H.v. € 50,00 berechnet. Darüberhinausgehende bereits eingezahlte Mietbeträge werden erstattet.

Once again Binz
This beautiful apartment in the Residenz Binz has been our accommodation on Rügen several times.
We have already met several holiday apartments on the Baltic Sea and especially on Rügen, but here we feel most comfortable and we will definitely be guests here many times.
Everything is there that is needed, the furnishings are practical and of good quality.
Here you can occupy yourself with one of the many available games in the apartment if the weather is not perfect, or simply relax.
The landlord is available if needed and well represented by the service company on site.

Super Fewo
Sehr schöne Fewo die eigentlich alles hat was man im Urlaub braucht.
Lage ist super, sehr gute Ausstattung,
problemlose Erledigung aller Formalitäten durch die Verwalterin.
Wir können die Fewo auf alle Fälle weiter empfehlen und für einen weiteren Aufenthalt in Binz ist sie die erste Option.

Super FeWo in Binz
Wir waren das erste Mal auf Rügen und es hat uns super gefallen. Die FeWo Binz von Fam. Mehl ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sehr sauber, prima Lage. Hell und freundlich. Was will man mehr? Wenn noch einmal Urlaub in Binz, dann auf jeden Fall wieder diese FeWo. Haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt.

Toller Urlaub
Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Binz verbracht.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, ausgesprochen sauber und gepflegt und liegt optimal, ruhig und doch zentrumsnah. Alle Geschäfte und Lokale sind fussläufig erreichbar. Zum Bäcker z. B. ist es 1 Minute. Zum Strand ca. 10 Minuten.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Haben uns vor unserer Anreise noch ein Rügen aktuell Prospekt zugeschickt.
Auch die Verwalterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr nett.
Die Wohnung beinhaltet wirklich alles was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Absolut Empfehlenswert
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und in einer sehr schönen Lage. Es ist nur kurz zu laufen, um das Zentrum von Binz und die Strandpromenade zu erreichen. Dort kann man am tollen Sandstrand spanzieren gehen, durch die Geschäfte bummeln oder in einem der vielen Restaurants essen.
Die Wohnung hat einen Südbalkon und große Fenster, so dass es schön hell ist.
Wir können sie weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern und der Verwalterin hat prima funktioniert.

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung liegt etwas ausserhalb des Binzer Trubels, denoch kann man in ca. 7 - 10 Minuten alles fussläufig erreichen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gepflegt.
Die Wohnungsverwalterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar.
Die Vermieter sind sehr um ihre Urlaubsgäste bemüht.
Wir würden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder mieten und auch weiter empfehlen.
