WLAN, bicycles and parking space free of charge. There is shared storage space for bicycles that you bring yourself.
It is only a 5-minute walk to the beach with beach chair rental (seasonal). Close to the steep coast full of discoveries.
Shopping facilities such as Aldi, Markant, post office, etc. can be reached easily by bike in a few minutes, or in approx. 20 minutes on foot.

The cosy living/dining area has a sofa with side table, reading lamp, a small dining table with two chairs as well as a swivelling 32 inch flat screen TV, stereo system, board games and books complete the comfortable equipment. Of course, you can use WLAN free of charge.
You can comfortably store your holiday wardrobe in the wardrobe.
The kitchenette, cleverly built into an alcove, is modern and fully equipped with
Dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, oven, egg boiler, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, pots, frying pans and much more
Inside the flat there is a small storage room where you can also leave your suitcases. Here you will also find a hoover, clothes horse, cleaning products, etc.
Kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper and rubbish bags are provided.
You will sleep restfully in a comfort box spring bed of the Dormian brand with separate mattress cores and a complete cold foam topper

The mattresses are cleaned at regular intervals by a Potema specialist company.
The patio doors are equipped with visual protection pleated blinds and can also be completely darkened by electric external roller blinds. There is also an insect screen in the form of a sliding door.
The new shower room is equipped with a full glass shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer and vanity unit
Hand/shower towels are provided once per person upon arrival. Additional linen is available on request for a fee.
You will spend your Baltic Sea holiday in a quiet flat house with 31 flats and a lift.

The preferred location close to the beach in the somewhat quieter district of Redewisch allows you to relax wonderfully.
Close to the steep coast full of discoveries, we offer you a comfortable stay in the modernly furnished flat "Sommerwind"
The beach is only a 5-minute walk away.
In the vicinity you will find a farmer's market, a café with breakfast (open all year round) and a fish restaurant with an outdoor terrace and a view of the Baltic Sea. Delicious meals and an excellent breakfast buffet are available at the Böhmisches Wirtshaus Wenzel (approx. 900m)
From the flat "Sommerwind" you can walk to the centre of Boltenhagen in 20 minutes. There is also a shuttle bus stop close to the flat.
The centre of Boltenhagen attracts with small shops, restaurants, bathing train as well as spa gardens, pier and Adenture Minigolf Camp David.
The newly built dune promenade guarantees wonderful walks with a constant sea view.

Cancellation terms:
- 3.2. Die Kündigung des Mietvertrages durch den Mieter muss schriftlich erfolgen. ABBA berechnet dem Mieter im Falle einer Stornierung eine Pauschale zur Abgeltung des entstandenen Mehraufwandes in Höhe von Euro 30,94 Euro inklusive der gesetzlichen Mehrwertsteuer von derzeit 19% (Bearbeitungsgebühr). Dem Mieter ist es gestattet nachzuweisen, dass ABBA Bearbeitungskosten von geringerer Höhe hatte. Der Mieter kann bei Zustimmung der ABBA einen Nachmieter besorgen, der die Rechte und Pflichten des Mietvertrages übernimmt. ABBA empfiehlt den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung.

Unfortunately, no sun reaches the terrace all day. Because the evening sun is blocked by the house. WHAT A PITY. We really missed that.

Great vacation in a very nice vacation rental
To be highlighted is the quiet location and yet this apartment is in close proximity to the beach. The apartment is very well equipped and modern and has a terrace that we used every day. 2 cushions for the chairs would be good. We had a great time in this vacation rental and felt comfortable. We can recommend it without reservation.

Great vacation apartment and location
The location and facilities of the holiday apartment are very good.
The service is good, unfortunately there are hardly any or no parking facilities to pick up the apartment key.
The offered parking space at the holiday apartment is too small for mid-sized cars or it is difficult to park here due to the access to the underground car park, you could damage the rims.

Bezüglich der von Ihnen beschriebenen nicht vorhandenen Parkmöglichkeiten zur Abholung des Wohnungsschlüssel möchten wir gerne anmerken, dass sich nahe des Servicebüros an der Ostseeallee einige Parkbuchten ( mit Kurzzeitparktaste 30 Minuten kostenfrei) befinden, welche allerdings insbesondere während der Hauptsaison sehr gefragt sind. Wenige Schritte vom Servicebüro können gegen Gebühr auch eine öffentliche Tiefgarage, oder nur ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Service Büro entfernt der Großraumparkplatz am Weidenstieg genutzt werden.
Den von Ihnen geschilderten Punkt zum wohnungseigenen Stellplatz können wir uns nur so erklären, dass Sie Ihr Fahrzeug vielleicht vorwärts eingeparkt haben?

One week Boltenhagen
The accommodation was exactly as described. We felt completely taken care of. It was only a few minutes' walk to the beach. The nearby centre was also within easy walking distance. Super Unterkunft
It was just awesome here. There was really nothing missing in the accommodation. Especially nice is that bicycles are available, which we used every day, just great. We will definitely come back here next year.

Absolutely recommendable
The apartment is super clean, furnished with attention to detail, and lacks nothing. The mentioned equipment was exactly as stated, and even more extras like an egg cooker, shoehorn, corkscrew, tea lights for ambiance, and Baltic Sea crime novels were there. Just great.

Relaxation at the Baltic Sea
We have been in this beautiful apartment again. We really enjoyed it, as always! The apartment is clean, stylish, and comfortably furnished. The box spring bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is modern and invites you to relax. We enjoy our vacation here. In the morning, we had a relaxed breakfast on the terrace. Then we went to the beach, about a 5-minute walk away. Or you can ride your bike into town. We recommend the apartment for a peaceful vacation.

Highly recommended
We spent a week in this beautiful and very clean holiday apartment. The new kitchen is superbly equipped, and we slept very well in the box spring bed. It was great for us to darken with external shutters, as we are used to that. It only takes a few minutes to get to the beach, and we could walk to the village every day in about 15 minutes. We will definitely come back again.

Short break at the Baltic Sea
We did it again. We needed some Baltic Sea air for a few days and booked the Sommerwind holiday apartment for the 2nd time. There was a little surprise, the already nicely equipped apartment has received a new kitchen. Everything is perfect now. We also felt very comfortable in the November air. small clean flat with super facilities
We have booked the flat several times now. This time, too, there was nothing to complain about. The flat is always super clean and well maintained, which is very important for allergy sufferers (like me). Since our last holiday in 2017, the bathroom has also been converted into a little oasis of well-being. Little things in the equipment such as an egg boiler or can opener are simply practical. This was thought through. We feel at home in the flat. What we also find super is that the flat has electric blinds. Especially on the ground floor, this is very pleasant.
From the apartment you can reach the beach in Redewisch in about 2 minutes and you can walk to the town in 15 minutes.
Outside of Boltenhagen you will also find great offers, such as adventure mini-golf or an open-air theatre. Cities like Wismar, Lübeck or Schwerin are easy to reach by car. Holidays at the beach or action in the surrounding towns, as well as lots of nature and animals. There is everything you need for a good holiday. We will book the "Sommerwind" again next year.
