Description
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living area with open kitchen and dining area are available on three floors. A sauna is part of the equipment as well as a large terrace where you can enjoy the sun at any time.
On the ground floor, you will find the living and dining area with a living area and a very well-equipped kitchen. A bathroom with a ground-level shower is available here.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with double beds 180 x 200 cm. The rooms are equipped with TV sets. The bathroom has a bathtub. In a separate hallway area you will find a changing table and a baby cot. A washing machine, ironing board and iron can be found in the utility room.
The attic offers enough space for three people and is equipped with two single beds 90 x 200 cm and a bunk 75 x 185 cm
The beach is approx. 400 m away, a foldable trolley is available for the transport of your beach utensils. In the immediate vicinity you will find various shops, restaurants, bars and a very nice climbing park on the way to the beach.
The 40 thatched semi-detached houses are spread over a spacious, park-like plot. Each holiday home is allocated a parking space at the entrance to the resort. It is permitted to drive onto the site for loading and unloading. A playground and a beach volleyball court are also part of the resort.
Please note that barbecuing with charcoal is not allowed. A comfortable electric barbecue is available. Firing fireworks is not permitted in the complex.

Our holiday home is located on the edge of the salt marshes with cycle paths in all directions
The holiday complex in Mariannenweg is located between the fishing harbour and the centre of Boltenhagen.
The house is in a traffic-calmed location in the second row. The distance to the Weiße Wiek harbour is 1 km, to the spa administration 1.8 km and to the beach approx. 400 m.

Tolles Ferienhaus, unfreundliche Hausverwaltung
Das Haus ist sehr schön und Modern eingerichtet. Komplett sauber und in einer super Lage zur Ostsee.
Die Busverbindung ist auch nahe gelegen.
Die Schlüsselübergabe mit Herr Welk war dagegen unter aller Sau, sehr unsympathisches Auftreten.
Sowohl bei der Anreise, als auch bei der Abreise.
Somit werden in Zukunft keine Immobilien mehr mit dieser Hausverwaltung gebucht.
Bei der Kaution gab es keinerlei Probleme.

Erholsamer Urlaub
Wir haben mit einer 4-köpfigen Gruppe, bestehend aus Jugendlichen, das schöne Haus bezogen. Alles war sauber und akurat vorzufinden. Ein schönes und kompaktes Haus mit vielen Möglichkeiten wie z.B. Sauna, Grillmöglichkeiten auf der Terasse etc. Die Kombination aus großem gemeinsamen Wohnraum und möglichen Rückzugsorten in viele Zimmer ist hervorragend. Können wir Freundesgruppen, Familien und Pärchen empfehlen!

Ein Träumchen an Ferienhaus
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Das Haus ist ausgesprochen komfortabel und hochwertig, mit viel Liebe zu Detail, eingerichtet bzw. ausgestattet. In der Küche blieben kein Wünsche offen (es ist sogar z.B. an einen Eieranpickser oder einen Pürierstab gedacht worden).
Die Bäder punkten mit ihrer Großzügigkeit und die Schlafräume mit dem ausgesprochen guten Betten und Matratzen. Die kleine Sauna haben wir an beiden Abenden benutzt. In dieser kalten Jahreszeit ein zusätzliches Highlight des Hauses.
Das Haus bietet viel Platz für 6-7 Personen. Man tritt sich auch dann nicht ständig auf die Füsse.
Angenehm ist auch, dass die Ferienhaussiedlung ohne Autos auskommt (zum Be- und Entladen darf man zum Haus vorfahren).
Einkaufs- und Bummelmöglichkeiten gibt es in fußläufiger Nähe genügend. Der Strand ist auch nicht weit. Wismar, Lübeck und Schwerin sind eine Besichtigung wert.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekt zum Abschalten und Wohlfühlen
Das Wochenende im Huus Zander war super!
Als wir ankamen war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer sind mit modernen Fernsehern ausgestattet und die Möblierung sorgt für ein angenehm gemütliches Ambiente im nordisch-maritimen Stil.
Wir waren sehr überrascht über die Ausstattung der Küche!!! Vom Stabmixer bis zur Salatschleuder, vom Messerblock bis zum Kaffeevollautomaten war alles vorhanden und nagelneu. Wir konnten kochen was wir wollten, ohne uns Gedanken machen zu müssen ob die nötigen Küchengeräte vor Ort sind. Da auch die Basics wie Öl, Essig, frischer Knoblauch und einige Gewürze bereits vorhanden waren, konnten wir direkt loslegen und uns heimisch fühlen.
Die Badezimmer waren sehr sauber und modern. Und im Garten konnten wir in der Hauseigenen Sauna entspannen.
Zum Strand brauche man nur wenige Minuten, sodass Ausflüge zur Steilküste, ans Meer und zum nächsten Café oder Restaurant unkompliziert zu Fuß möglich waren. Sollte das Wetter mal nicht mitspielen, so kann man es sich auf dem Sofa gemütlich machen oder sich an der 300-Spiele-Sammlung bedienen und gemütliche Abende im Haus verbringen.

Familienwochenende
Das Huus Zander ist in einem modernen und sehr harmonischen maritimen Stil eingerichtet und mit allem Drum und Dran ausgestattet. Wir waren als sechsköpfige Familie (zwei Erwachsene und vier Kinder) dort und konnten unsere Zeit mit tollen Spaziergängen am Strand, zum Hafen und zur Steilküste (die für die Kinder sehr spannend war) verbringen. Die Anlage ist trotz der Nahe zum Strand sehr ruhig gelegen. Und bietet mit einem kleinen Spielplatz auch Raum für die Kleinen.
Wir haben dort sehr schöne Tage verbringen können und freuen uns schon auf unseren Sommerurlaub im "Huus Zander"!
