Description
The end-of-terrace house (large version) on the edge of the field at the nature reserve in the holiday village is particularly popular with families.
The holiday village is located on the western outskirts of Boltenhagen and is surrounded by park-like grounds with old trees. Since the houses can only be reached by jetty paths, the traffic-calmed location is ideal for families with children. There is also a playground only 100 metres away in the complex.
The newly washed-up sandy beach with its accompanying beach chair, in season, is only 350 metres away. If there is no permanent beach chair in 2022, you can of course cancel free of charge.
Shopping facilities such as Markant, Aldi and a bakery are about 350 m away.
The holiday home 39 c has 3 rooms and is suitable for 4 persons + children's travel bed.
The newly renovated end-terrace house of approx. 63 sqm extends over 2 levels and has an open-plan living/dining area with wood-burning stove and access to the south-facing terrace, 2 bedrooms and a shower room. A beach chair is available free of charge on the beach. All windows are fitted with external shutters to ensure a peaceful night's sleep.
Living area:
The modern living area impresses with its comfortable couch, with armchair, a glass cabinet and a fireplace for a cosy evening in the holiday home. A flat-screen TV and a music system invite you to linger.
Dining area:
The dining table offers enough space for 4 people + high chair and is colour-coordinated with the rest of the furnishings. Here you can comfortably take your meals.
Kitchen area:
The integrated kitchenette contains a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave, a cooker with ceramic hob and oven. Hobby cooks will feel at home here and will find everything they need to cook.
Sun terrace:
You can enjoy numerous hours of sunshine on the furnished terrace into the evening. A barbecue is also available.
Bathroom area:
The bright daylight bathroom is equipped with a ground-level glass shower and a washing machine. There is a mirrored cabinet above the washbasin. Storage facilities and a wall-hung toilet are also available.
Bedroom ground floor:
There is space for two people in the quietly situated bedroom. There are two single beds (each 90x200 cm), a night table and a wardrobe.
Bedroom upstairs:
In the spacious upper bedroom you will find a double bed ( 180 x 200 cm ) and a wardrobe as well as a TV. There is enough space to put the children's travel bed here as well.

The "holiday village", which is particularly popular with families, is located on the western outskirts of Boltenhagen, in the middle of a park-like complex with old trees, very quiet and only about 350m from the newly washed-up beach. Here you will find relaxing silence and idyllic walks through a natural environment. Children can move freely on the grounds (no through traffic) and have fun on the beautiful playground in the holiday village. The pier, the spa house as well as all shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés are within a few minutes' walk.

Wir, die Kinder und der Hund genießen den Aufenthalt jedes Jahr aufs Neue.
Das Haus ist mittlerweile ein bißchen Heimat geworden und der Austausch mit Frau Rahn klappt immer reibungslos.
Es ist für Alle erwas dabei.
Entspannung nach einem Strandspaziergang, gerne auch vor dem Kamin,
Action, z.B. im Kletterpark,
und der Genuss z.B im Café Lindquist......

We were thrilled.
We really liked the apartment 39c that we rented. It matched exactly the description on the website - quiet and very cozy - just what we were looking for. Nothing was missing. A small hint to future tenants: Although bread rolls and some pastries are offered in the vacation village's sales wagon, it is better to visit the market in the city (Markant-Market, about 800m) regarding quality and price, if you are mobile enough. But that is certainly a matter of personal taste and has absolutely nothing to do with the evaluation of the very beautiful holiday apartment.

Very nice holiday home in Boltenhagen
Since we often spend our holidays in holiday homes, we can compare: and this holiday home is one of the nicest houses we were allowed to stay in. Clean, fully equipped (from the usable knife to the washing machine) for 4 people, spacious and simply homely (which is probably due to the landlady's love of many maritime details). It is a 2-storey end-of-terrace house in a beautifully landscaped holiday park, with a short walk to both the beach and the supermarket. The car is parked about 20 m away. The contact with the friendly landlady is absolutely problem-free. And you are allowed to bring your dog, which made the dog owner and the four-legged friend extremely happy. In the residential park you meet many like-minded friends. It's a pity that the holiday is finite.

Es wahr ein sehr entspanter Urlaub
Die Lage des Hauses 39c im Boltenhagener Urlaubsdorf war perfekt. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestatte sehr gepflegt und man hatte seine ruhe vom Trubel im Zentrum die Idee mit dem Strandkorb inclusive gibt einen zusätzlichen Pluspunkt.. Ich werde es liebend gerne weiter empfehlen.

Der perfekte Urlaub
Wir haben hier den perfekten Urlaub verbracht und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
Das Haus war, wie beschrieben, super ausgestattet und die Fahrräder und den Strandkorb haben wir viel genutzt. Alles war super sauber, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt.
Der Strand war fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Auch die Betreuung durch die Eigentümerin war super freundlich. Vielen Dank dafür.

Ankommen und Wohlfühlen
Das sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienhaus mit großer Terrasse liegt in einer schönen Randlage direkt im Grünen.

Super wohlgefühlt?
Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise alles super gelaufen. Mehr Ausstattung und Behaglichkeit kann man sich fast nicht wünschen.

Eine perfekte Unterkunft
Das Ferienreihenhaus ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen und doch nur einen Katzensprung von der Ostsee entfernt. Es ist modern, hübsch und mit allem eingerichtet, was für einen Urlaub benötigt wird (vom Grill bis zum Kaminofen), für jede Jahreszeit geeignet. Einkaufsmärkte und Zentrum Boltenhagen sind nah dran. Im Hafen haben wir sogar frische Scholle vom Kutter gekauft!

Ohne Stress verlebten wir in dem gemütlichen FH eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche, vielen Dank an die nette Vermieterin Frau Rahn! Die Lage des FHs inmitten des Urlauberdorfes ist toll- am Rand, absolut ruhig, von Natur und Rehen in der Dämmerung umgeben. Die Fahrräder sind ein Highlight, man ist beweglich ohne Auto, kommt auf kurzen Wegen zum Strand und zum Einkaufen. Die Steilküste ist sehenswert, die Ostsee sowieso! Der Bioladen in Tarnewitz ist zu empfehlen, dort gibt es auch sehr schmackhaftes Frühstück und Mittagessen. Wir haben uns im FH und seiner Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wir können uns nur den "Vorschreibern" anschließen: allesPerfekt, von der Ausstattung über die Sauberkeit bis zur Lage des Hauses.
Kleiner Tipp:
Wenn man den Holzofen nutzen möchte, kann man das Brennholz sehr günstig im Nachbarort Klütz im dortigen Baumarkt kaufen. Kostet ca. nur die Hälfte wie beim ortsansässigen "Markant"!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Sommerurlaub
Wir waren schon sehr oft in Boltenhagen und mieten immer über Frau Rahn, die wir mittlerweile schon fast als Freundin bezeichnen, immer freundlich, total bemüht und hat immer ein offenes Ohr.
Das Haus ist, wie auch das Nebenhaus und die Ferienwohnung, sehr gemütlich, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch die Küche lässt nichts vermissen. Das erste Mal mit Enkelkind, 4 Erwachsenen und Hund und wir haben jeden Tag genossen. Die Terrasse liegt mit Blick ins Grüne, ohne daß sie einsehbar ist, sooo schön, mit Liegen, 4 Stühlen und einem großen Tisch sowie Sonnenschirm perfekt ausgestattet.
Die Lage ist perfekt, in ca. 5-10 Minuten am Strand, einkaufen in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad ist auch perfekt.
Ganz besonders möchte ich noch mal die Sauberkeit des Hauses ansprechen, es ist nicht selbstverständlich. Alles in allem war die Woche viel zu schnell um und wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Wir kommen wieder.Das Haus ist sehr schön und liegt ruhig aber trotzdem zentral im Urlaubsdorf Boltenhagen.Die Vermieterin Frau Rahn ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Boltenhagen ist ein schönes Feriendorf mit einem wunderschönen Strand und einer schönen Strandpromenade.Wir haben sofort für den nächsten Mai gebucht.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus
Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus, schön hell, freundlich, sauber und gepflegt. Die Betten sind ebenfalls sehr bequem und keine durchgelegenen Matratzen...
Es gab nichts zu beanstanden an dem Haus.
Man muss aber wissen, dass der Weg, der zum Kurhaus führt , wenn man dorthin läuft, keinen Meerblick bietet.
Fast die ganze Strecke führt durch einen Waldweg, so dass man nicht oben laufen kann. An einem besseren Weg oberhalb wird aber gerade gebaut. Deshalb gefiel uns Boltenhagen direkt nicht so gut.
Das Haus war aber super.

Urlaub in Boltenhagen mit Hund
Für den Urlaub mit Hund zu empfehlen. Schön angelegte Anlage mit altem Baumbestand und großen Rasenflächen.
Reihenhäuser mit Platz für Familien und Hund.
Das Reihenhaus ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, ausreichend mit allem bestückt, was so gebraucht wird. Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine sauber und mit Handtuchheizung!
Der Weg zum Strand ist knapp 10 Minuten lang. Leider ist der Hundestrand zum Teil sehr steinig. Strandkorb klasse!
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, auch mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.

Schöne Woche im August, in Boltenhagen
Es war wirklich so schön, wie auf den Bildern.
Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt, denn alles war sehr sauber und mit Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet.
Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist vollkommen, es war alles da, auch eine gepflegte Waschmaschine mit einem 15 min. Pogramm, so konnte man schnell mal die Badesachen durchwaschen...
Die Terasse liegt sehr blickgeschützt und lädt zum Verweilen ein.
Nachts ist es sehr ruhig in der gesamten Anlage , was eigentlich am Tage genau so ist. Dadurch kann man wunderbar schlafen und der Urlaub ist entspannend.
ein paar Minuten Fußweg zum Strand und zum Einkaufen ein kleiner Spaziergang, alles in der Nähe.
Außerdem sind zwei Fahrräder da, top in Ordnung.
wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub !!!!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Wir waren begeistert von der Lage und der Ausstattung dieses tollen Hauses! Wir kannten die Anlage bereits von vorherigen Urlauben, aber dieses Haus war das schönste, dass wir bisher hatten. Es fehlte an nichts, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und auch die beiden Fahrräder haben wir gerne und häufig benutzt. Alles ist gut in Schuss, und die Terrasse zum Naturschutzgebiet ist einfach ein Traum. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

trotz Coronaauflagen ein super gelungener Urlaub
Da stimmte einfach das gesamte Paket, wenn man vom schlechten Wetter einmal absieht. Die Lage ist super ruhig und wirklich optimal gelegen. Morgens laufen die Rehe über die Terrasse. :)

Mit viel Liebe zum Detail
Wunderschönes, sauberes Ferienhaus, welches modern eingerichtet ist und in dem es wirklich an nichts fehlt. Zu Weihnachten war es sogar im Haus sehr hübsch weihnachtlich dekoriert, nicht überladen, aber dennoch so toll, dass man sich doch gleich sehr heimisch und wohlgefühlt hat. fünf Sterne Unterkunft
Die Lage war sehr schön, wir hatten zwar keinen direkten Blick aufs Meer aber das braucht man auch nicht. Um an den Strand zu kommen muss man 5 min laufen was absolut in Ordnung ist. Die Spaziergänge am Strand sind einfach super klasse. Wir fahren gerne in der Nachsaison oder bevor der große Trubel los geht und fühlten uns dort wegen der Ruhe sehr wohl. Es gibt so viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und wir kamen hier voll auf unsere Kosten.
Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern, sehr sauber und äußerst komfortabel! Man hat sich sich schon fast wie Zuhause gefühlt! Es ist sehr ruhig und man kann sich sehr gut erholen.

Ein tolles Haus
Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und gehört mit seiner Ausstattung (z.B. Fliegengitter, 2 Fahrräder, Strandkorb am Strand) sicherlich mit zu den besten Häusern im Urlauberdorf (ich kenne 6 Häuser dort). Wenn wir noch einmal nach Boltenhagen kommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall versuchen, die Häuser von Frau Rahn wieder zu buchen. Danke auch für die nette Betreuung!

Tolles Ferienhaus in herrlicher Randlage im Urlauberdorf
Ankommen und auf Anhieb wohlfühlen, so stellt man sich den Urlaub vor – und genau so haben wir es in diesem tollen Ferienhaus erlebt! Super ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles total sauber und gepflegt. Das gilt ebenso für das Nachbarhaus 39b, das wir zusammen mit dem Haus 39c für 1 Woche gemietet haben. Diese Kombination war ideal für unsere 3-Generationen-Familie. Für das jüngste Enkelkind stand ein Kinderbett und ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung (nur unzerbrechliches Kindergeschirr haben wir etwas vermisst) und das große Schlafzimmer in 39b ließ sich mittels Verdunklungsrollos komplett abdunkeln. Die beiden hauseigenen Fahrräder und der Strandkorb (pro Haus) kamen ebenfalls gut an. Im abschließbaren Fahrradschuppen war sogar noch Platz für ein eigenes Rad. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die herrliche Lage am Rand der Feriensiedlung: uneinsehbare Sonnenterasse mit Blick in die angrenzende grüne Wildnis. Das Einzige, was hier die Ruhe stören konnte, ist der bisweilen laute Ruf des Kuckucks in der Nacht. Auch nicht selbstverständlich: Die Eigentümerin, Frau Rahn, kümmert sich selbst um ihre Ferienhäuser und Gäste – freundlich, hilfsbereit, unkompliziert. Wir können beide Häuser uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder

Wohlfühlen und angenhmer Atmosphäre

Super tolles Haus
Wir haben uns sofort beim Reinkommen wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist komfortabel und gemütlich mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Möbel sind alle neu und nicht abgewohnt. Sogar die Küche war vollständig ausgestattet, auch der Fernseher im Schlafzimmer hat eine gute Größe. Die tollen Fahrräder haben wir für lange Ausfahrten genutzt. Das Eckhaus hat eine ruhige Lage zum Naturschutzgebiet hin und trotzdem waren wir in wenigen Gehminuten im Zentrum und am Strand.
Vielen Dank auch an die Vermieterin, die uns das Haus sauber und freundlich übergeben hat. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !

Everything is fine!
We felt very comfortable in this quietly located, well-kept, clean and tastefully furnished holiday home. Nothing was missing. We have rarely experienced such a fully equipped kitchen in a holiday home. Everything was exactly as seen and described in the pictures. Nice, personal contact with the landlady. A special bonus: the two bicycles, which we used every day. The only downer: as we were there in October, the beach chair had unfortunately already been taken away (but this is not at the landlady's discretion). An all-round successful holiday!

5 stars for this great holiday home in Boltenhagen!!!!
We were already enthusiastic about Mrs Rahn's holiday home after our first holiday at the turn of the year and immediately booked our 14-day summer holiday for 2018. We were not only attracted by the modern, fresh look, but also by the overall equipment of the house, e.g. there is a washing machine, which should appeal especially to families with children, a barbecue, relaxation loungers on the terrace ... and the absolute highlight is the beach chair on the beach! Apart from that, this beautiful holiday home has absolutely everything you need for a self-catering holiday; we really did not miss anything at all!
Of course the terrace is wonderful, where we had breakfast every morning...pure holiday feeling!
By the way, the holiday home is only a 7-minute walk from the beach, so that you can easily walk to the beach, the beach bar on the pier or into town in the evening. Directly in the complex 'Urlauberdorf' there is, by the way, a slightly hidden beautiful playground, which must have just been newly built. If you want, you can get fresh bread rolls in the morning directly from the bread truck (2 min walk) and because of the proximity to two shopping markets, you can also go shopping in between without having to move the car immediately. By the way, you don't have to spend the whole day at the beach...our children aged 9, 12 and 14 were thrilled by climbing in the high ropes course and stand-up paddling at beach hut 20, which also offers an excellent coffee. Otherwise, the spa administration usually offers a very varied programme of events (from Zumba to join in to music concerts), but the nearby cities of Wismar, Schwerin and Lübeck are worth at least a day trip each. Schwerin in particular is a must-see. For us, one thing is certain: we will be back!!!!

Superschönes Ferienhaus
Das Haus ist modernisiert und mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es ist alles in einem top Zustand und sehr sauber. Schon beim Ankommen war uns klar, hier werden wir uns entspannen und wohlfühlen. Das Feuerchen im Kamin trug jeden Abend dazu bei. Durch die Fahrräder (incl.) waren wir sehr mobil, allerdings sind der Ortskern, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand auch sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, alles war schnell und unkompliziert zu regeln.
Wir können die Unterkunft unbedingt weiter empfehlen und hoffen, das dann noch Platz für unser Wiederkommen ist ;-).

Herbstferien in top Ferienhaus
Eines der besten Ferienhäuser, das wir bisher hatten. Die kurze Strecke zum Strand aufgrund Gehbehinderung war top und auch der Strand sehr sehr sauber. Das Haus mit Ausstattung und Lage ebenfalls nur bestens zu empfehlen und sehr sauber. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. DIe Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war bestens und sehr freundlich. Wunderschönes Ferienhaus!

Ambiente der Wohnung genau wie auf den Bildern, super schöne und liebevolle Einrichtung.
Hier fühlt man sich von Anfang an wohl. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in wenigen minuten zu erreichen, die Möglichkeit zum Einkaufen ist auch dicht bei. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden die Wohnung jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Very well equipped cottage
We felt very comfortable in this cottage. We didn't want for anything. The equipment was very extensive. Very nice landlady and the location was very good, you can quickly get to the beach and the promenade. All in all a very nice holiday home and recommendable
