Description
The terraced house (large version) on the edge of the field at the nature reserve in the holiday village is particularly popular with families. The holiday village is located on the western outskirts of Boltenhagen and is surrounded by park-like grounds with old trees. Since the houses can only be reached by jetty paths, the traffic-calmed location is ideal for families with children. There is also a playground only 100 metres away in the complex. The newly washed-up sandy beach with its beach chair is only 350 metres away. If there is no permanent beach chair in 2022, you can of course cancel free of charge. Shopping facilities such as Markant, Aldi and a bakery are about 300 m away.
The newly renovated terraced house of approx. 63 sqm extends over 2 levels and has an open-plan living/kitchen/dining area with wood-burning stove and access to the south-facing terrace, 2 bedrooms and a shower room. A beach chair is available free of charge on the beach, in season
Living area:
The modern living area impresses with its comfortable couch, with armchair, a glass cabinet and a fireplace for a cosy evening in the holiday home. A 50-inch flat-screen TV and a music system invite you to linger.
Dining area:
The dining table offers enough space for 4 people + high chair and is colour-coordinated with the rest of the furnishings. Here you can comfortably take your meals.
Kitchen area:
The new country kitchen contains a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave, a cooker with ceramic hob and oven. Hobby cooks will feel at home here and will find everything they need to cook.
Sun terrace:
You can enjoy numerous hours of sunshine on the furnished terrace into the evening.
Bathroom area:
The bright bathroom is equipped with a walk-in glass shower (140x80 cm) and a washing machine. There is a mirror above the washbasin with vanity unit. Storage facilities and a wall-hung toilet are also available.
Bedroom ground floor:
There is space for two people in the quietly situated bedroom. There are two single beds (each 90x200 cm), a bedside table and a wardrobe.
Bedroom upstairs:
In the spacious upper bedroom you will find a double bed ( 180 x 200 cm ) and a wardrobe as well as a TV. There is enough space to put the cot here as well

The "holiday village", which is particularly popular with families, is located on the western outskirts of Boltenhagen, in the middle of a park-like complex with old trees, very quiet and only about 350m from the newly washed-up beach. Here you will find relaxing silence and idyllic walks through a natural environment. Children can move freely on the grounds (no through traffic) and have fun on the beautiful playground in the holiday village. The pier, the spa house as well as all shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés are within a few minutes' walk.

Top holiday home in Boltenhagen
We felt very comfortable in the beautiful holiday home in Boltenhagen. All rooms are modernly furnished and very clean. The kitchen lacks nothing, the terrace is quietly situated on the edge with a view of nature. We especially liked that 2 bicycles are available free of charge during the stay.

super short vacation for me and my girlfriend
I went on a short vacation with my girlfriend to this holiday home. It was super nice days. The house is well located near the beach and the shopping area of the holiday resort. Everything was well organized in the house, clean with good mattresses for sleeping, which is very important to me. We were even able to check into the house at 11 am. In summary... I would go on vacation here again anytime and can highly recommend it.

Great vacation house
We spent a week in Boltenhagen in the holiday village 39B and felt comfortable from the moment we entered the house. The house is equipped with top modern amenities and the loungers on the non-visible terrace invite you to relax. The beach and restaurants are within walking distance and with the two bicycles that belong to the house, you can take beautiful tours. All expectations were met
Amazing house with everything you need. We enjoyed using the furnished terrace in the evenings to watch the sunset. We also watched the stars from the bed in the upper bedroom. Pure relaxation
The holiday home is ideal for exploring not only the beach holiday but also the area between Travemünde, Wismar and Schwerin. Both the cliffs at Boltenhagen and the mentioned places are easy to reach and worth seeing. The holiday home is very nicely furnished and the equipment leaves nothing to be desired (especially with the bicycles and the beach chair). The interaction with the landlord was absolutely pleasant and relaxed.

Always fantastic!
As in previous years, it was a great time in a perfectly equipped and beautifully furnished holiday home. Even in bad weather, you feel well taken care of there. Own small holiday home.
We felt very comfortable again. In the mornings, there is a bird concert and a view of the green nature during breakfast. It is relaxing and quiet, and on the furnished terrace with table, chairs, and loungers, you can relax, read, play, and barbecue. There are various shopping options available, with a bread delivery service also available, but the bakery is also quickly reachable by bike. Mrs. Rahn is a perfect hostess, helps with any problems, and has an open ear for suggestions.

Very clean and cosy house
We were in Boltenhagen for the weekend and found a very clean and lovingly furnished house with Mrs. Tahn where you immediately feel at home.
The location is great, you can get to the beach in a few minutes on foot, and in the other direction you can go shopping in a few minutes on foot.
It is really recommendable and we will definitely come back

Boltenhagen ist ein wunderschöner Ort, der Strand ist super und wenn man dann noch so eine schöne, liebevoll eingerichtet e Unterkunft hat, wird der Urlaub perfekt. Frau Rahn ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieterin, die sich um alle Belange kümmert. Wenn man das Haus betritt fühlt man sich sofort zu Hause. Erwartungen übertroffen !!!!
Wir haben in dem Ferienhaus unser perfektes Urlaubsdomizil gefunden.
Es hat uns in punkto Sauberkeit, Wohlfühlatmosphäre (alles hell und modern eingerichtet) und Platzangebot voll und ganz überzeugt.
Auch die ruhige Lage am Naturschutzgebiet war ideal.
Bei schönem Wetter konnten wir auch die Sonnenliegen zum Relaxen auf der Terrasse nutzen.
Wir waren zu Fuß in 5 Minuten am Strand, mit eigenem Strandkorb ! und auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren schnell zu erreichen.
Mit den dazugehörigen Fahrrädern haben wir schöne Ausflüge unternommen.
Auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und kompetent.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !!!

Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen
Das Ferienhaus hat uns sofort gefallen. Schöne, helle Räume, eine komfortable Kücheneinrichtung und der Ausblick vom Wohnbereich in die Natur lassen gleich Urlaubsstimmung aufkommen. Den nahen Strand konnten wir zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad schnell erreichen. Dort erwartete uns ein Strandkorb der ohne zusätzliche Kosten zum Ferienhaus gehört. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Osterurklaub mit der ganzen Familie
Bereits die Buchung über einen persönlichen Kontakt mit Frau Rahn lief sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir hatten das Haus 39b und unsere Tochter mit Familie das Haus 39c direkt nebenan gemietet. So konnten wir die gemeinsame Zeit perfekt genießen. Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach genial; viel Natur und uneingeschränkte Ruhe sind Garant für Erholung pur.
Das Haus ist komfortabel ausgestattet, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die vorhandenen Fahrräder kamen uns sehr gelegen; auch für den kleinen Einkauf zwischendurch. Wir kommen wieder - keine Frage!

Toller Urlaub, immer wieder !
Wir haben uns spontan für die Ferienhaus entschieden und es nicht bereut. Das Haus ist gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist super, die Betten waren bequem. Abends haben wir am Kamin gesessen und tagsüber haben wir auch mal einen Ausflug mit den dazugehörigen Fahrrädern unternommen. Der Kontakt zur Eigentümerin war unkompliziert und nett. Wir durften am Anreisetag schon früh ins Haus und am Abreisetag durften wir sogar länger bleiben. Vielen Dank dafür! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Immer wieder gerne
Wir waren zum Familienurlaub mit 12 Personen und einem Hund in Boltenhagen. Also ganz klar hatte meine Familie und die meiner Schwester Glück! Die anderen hatten Ferienwohnung direkt nebenan und diese waren altertümlich eingerichtet. Nicht schön, naja wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die stilvoll, saubere und stimmig eingerichtete FeWo war besten ausgestattet und viele kennen es doch, oder? Man muss Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffeefilter, Spüli sowie Handwaschseife mitnehmen und das Auto ist mega voll. Nervig und nächstes mal weiß ich, dass es bei Frau Rahn genau diese wichtigen Kleinigkeiten gibt! Mega! Die Lage ist super - 600m zum Strand und morgens grüßt das Reh im Garten. Traumhaft. Es war sehr hundefreundlich was wir auch anders kennen lernen mussten. Frau Rahn stand jederzeit für Fragen bereit und war immer gut erreichbar. Also gerne wieder da! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Erholung Pur und tolles Wetter
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig doch alles war gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir und unser Hund haben uns die 14 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt. Absolut super war der Strandkorb der im Preis enthalten war, denn die Strandkörbe waren jeden Tag ausgebucht. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erholung mit schöner Lage
Es war ein schöner Urlaub, zum erholen. Auch sehr gut gelegen, vieles zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch ein Ausflug mit Auto nach Wismar war in 25 min. möglich. Die Unterkunft ist mit liebe eingerichtet, gut abgestimmt und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Mit der Übergabe des Schlüssels hat auch alles super geklappt.

Urlaub am Meer ist bei jedem Wetter schön.
Super modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, die Ausstattung ist super und die Lage ist Ideal. Schön Ruhig, morgens stehen die Rehe an der Terrassentür und bis zum Strand ist es ein Katzensprung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ferienhaus war super
Wir sind total zu frieden . Schön war es das wir Fahrräder vor Ort hatten und nur für unsere Kinder die Räder mitnehmen mussten. Ebenso schön war es das wir einen Strandkorb hatten und uns nicht darum kümmern mussten. Denn wenn man spontan vor Ort einen mieten wollte, hätten wir keinen mehr bekommen.

Von der Anfrage , über die Buchung und der Check-in /aus lief alles sehr unkompliziert ab . Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und schön gelegen im Urlauberdorf , ist bestens ausgestattet, sehr sauber und schnuckelig eingerichtet ! Perfekt für Urlaub mit Hund ...in wenigen Minuten ist der Strand , Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Ortsmitte von Boltenhagen zu erreichen . Absolutes Plus ist der eigene Strandkorb und die Fahrräder !!! Ausserdem ist ein toller Fischladen in der Nähe , da gibt es klasse Fischbrötchen !! Wir hatten beibe Ferienhäuser 39b und 39c gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Beide Häuser sind modern mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Leider konnten wir die sehr schöne Terasse wegen des zum Teil schlechten Wetters nicht nutzen. Ruhiger Urlaub mit Hund
Das mit viel Liebe eingerichtete Haus mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Ob Fliegen Gitter, Kinderbett. Hochstuhl,Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Backform. usw. .Wir waren mit drei Erwachsenen und 2 Dackel dort und haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Wollten gerne länger bleiben.

Das Häuschen von Frau Rahn fanden wir in einem top Zustand, super sauber vor.

Wohlfühlen wie zu Hause
Wir haben uns in dem modern und gemütlich eingerichteten Häuschen auf Anhieb wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt: ruhig aber dennoch nah am Strand. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder haben wir täglich genutzt und waren so schnell im Kurpark und damit im Zentrum von Boltenhagen. Frau Rahn kümmert sich perfekt um ihre Urlauber.
Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Ein tolles Haus im Urlauberdorf
Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem liebevoll ausgestatteten Haus verbracht.
Es ist Alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht, inkl. des Strandkorbs und 2 Fahrräder, die wir laufend benutzt haben. Besonders gut durchdacht ist die Schlüsselbox vor dem Haus, in dem man immer den Ersatzschlüssel deponieren kann. Wir waren in einer größeren Gruppe verreist und hatten beider Häuser (39b und 39c). Durch die Schlüsselbox hatten alle von uns Zutritt zu beiden Häuser.
Danke noch einmal an Frau Rahn, die es möglich gemacht hat, dass wir schon sehr früh in die Häuser konnte. Es war immer eine sehr nette Kommunikation.

Top!!! 5 Sterne von uns!!!
Wir werden auf jeden FAll wieder kommen. Die Ferienwohnung war mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt . Wir haben uns hier wie zuhause gefühlt. Auch die Top Lage nur 10 Gehminuten zum Strand in ruhiger Lage war spitze. Wir haben die ganze Woche kein Auto benötigt da alles in Gehweite war.
Auch die Kommunikation mit Frau Rahn hat prima hingehaun und wir fühlten uns willkommen.
Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Auch Fahrräder und Strandkorb waren vorhanden und von uns oft genutzt.

Schöner Urlaub in Boltenhagen
Wir haben eine tolle Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht.
Das Häuschen liegt ganz ruhig, umringt von weiteren Ferienhäusern in einer kleinen Siedlung. Es ist komplett ausgestattet: Küchenutensilien, Waschmaschine, Fön, Grill, Fahrräder, Sonnenliegen - um nur ein paar Ausstattungsmerkmale zu nennen.
Den schönen Sandstrand, sowie die Promenade mit Seebrücke, Restaurants & Co erreicht man in 5-10 Gehminuten.
Wir haben den Urlaub mit zwei Hündchen & einem mobil stark eingeschränkten Senior verbracht
& für uns alle war es ein rundum positiver, erholsamer Urlaub ohne Einschränkungen :-)

Tolles Ferienhaus in herrlicher Randlage im Urlauberdorf
Ankommen und auf Anhieb wohlfühlen, so stellt man sich den Urlaub vor – und genau so haben wir es in diesem tollen Ferienhaus erlebt! Super ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles total sauber und gepflegt. Das gilt ebenso für das Nachbarhaus 39c, das wir zusammen mit dem Haus 39b für 1 Woche gemietet haben. Diese Kombination war ideal für unsere 3-Generationen-Familie. Für das jüngste Enkelkind stand ein Kinderbett und ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung (nur unzerbrechliches Kindergeschirr haben wir vermisst) und das große Schlafzimmer in 39b ließ sich mittels Verdunklungsrollos komplett abdunkeln. Die beiden hauseigenen Fahrräder und der Strandkorb (pro Haus) kamen ebenfalls gut an. Im abschließbaren Fahrradschuppen war sogar noch Platz für ein eigenes Rad. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die herrliche Lage am Rand der Feriensiedlung: uneinsehbare Sonnenterasse mit Blick in die angrenzende grüne Wildnis. Das Einzige, was hier die Ruhe stören konnte, ist der bisweilen laute Ruf des Kuckucks in der Nacht. Auch nicht selbstverständlich: Die Eigentümerin, Frau Rahn, kümmert sich selbst um ihre Ferienhäuser und Gäste – freundlich, hilfsbereit, unkompliziert. Wir können beide Häuser uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Ankommen und Wohlfühlen
Das mit viel Liebe eingerichtete und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienhaus lädt sofort zum Wohlfühlen ein. Die ruhige Lage und die schöne Terrasse mit Ausblick ins Grüne sind weitere Pluspunkte. Der Strand und der Ortskern von Boltenhagen sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Best location in the holiday village
We (my wife, a 12-year-old and I) are very enthusiastic. The house is absolutely tastefully and coherently furnished. The bathroom gets a straight A. Everything is totally clean and well-maintained and in working order
Besides the great interior, the great location in the holiday village has to be emphasised. Not in the middle of it all, but nice and quiet on the edge with a view of the greenery and not the neighbour's terrace.
Anything but self-evident - we saw and heard this from the neighbours in the holiday village - is the fact that two bicycles and even a beach chair are included in the price.
Contact with the landlady was completely uncomplicated and relaxed
We would also complain - but we can't think of anything. Thank you very much.

Great week in Boltenhagen
This accommodation leaves nothing to be desired. The furnishings are modern and cosy, and you immediately feel at home. The terrace invites you to sunbathe and relax until the evening hours. It is only a few minutes' walk to the beach and you can also reach the centre quickly. The two bikes in the house were a welcome addition and were used for excursions. We will gladly come back again.
