Description
For our holiday guests, we have created an exclusive, thatched semi-detached house in the Mariannenweg holiday resort in Boltenhagen. Our appealing holiday home has been available to you since 2016.
The house
In our lovingly furnished semi-detached house you will find enough space for your holiday on three floors, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sauna and a modern living room.
On the ground floor you will find the attractive living room with integrated high-quality kitchen, which is equipped with the latest appliances, as well as a large cosy sitting area. The living room has a FLAT TV. You will also find a modern, high-quality bathroom with a floor-level shower. On our optimally aligned south/west terrace with approx. 20 sqm you can enjoy a wonderful view of the garden and the salt marshes from the beach chair.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each equipped with a large double bed of 1.80m*2.00m as well as 1.60m*2.00m . The rooms have large wardrobes with plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe. Furthermore, a washing machine is available on this floor. You will also find our sauna integrated into the house
In the attic there is another wonderful bedroom with two single beds and a flat screen TV.
You will also find a handcart and the three bicycles in the bicycle shed. On a gloomy day, you can make yourself comfortable in the house with a sauna, browse through our books or play one of our board games.

Location and surroundings of object
The Mariannenweg holiday resort, consisting of 20 spacious semi-detached houses in a park-like and quiet complex, is located in a very quiet area and borders directly on the salt marshes of Boltenhagen
It is only about 200 m to the extensive Baltic Sea beach
At the entrance to the holiday resort is the car park with parking spaces for the semi-detached houses. One parking space belongs to the house. A barrier system guarantees access to the holiday resort and the parking spaces. To ensure peace and quiet for our holiday guests, the holiday resort is traffic-calmed. For your arrival and departure, however, you can of course drive on it
You will find a wide selection of groceries in the organic food shop within walking distance, as well as in the EDEKA and Netto supermarkets. Furthermore, you can easily reach restaurants, Blinkfür, Portofino, but also the cocktail bar Banana Jack on foot. On the way to the beautiful wide sandy beach, you will pass the climbing and high ropes course, which offers various climbing levels for young and old.
The centre of Boltenhagen and the marina are approx. 1500m away.

Cancellation terms:
- Die Kündigung des Mietvertrages durch den Mieter muss schriftlich erfolgen. Wir berechnen dem Mieter im Falle einer Stornierung eine Pauschale zur Abgeltung des entstandenen Mehraufwandes in Höhe von 45,00 € zzgl. gesetzlicher MwSt. Dem Mieter ist es gestattet nachzuweisen, dass wir Bearbeitungskosten von geringerer Höhe hatte. Zusätzlich muss der Mieter für den Schaden aufkommen, der dem Vermieter durch die Stornierung entsteht. Wir verpflichten uns, unverzüglich nach Erhalt der Stornierung den Zeitraum neu zu vermieten. In diesem Fall entstehen dem Mieter keine weiteren Kosten außer der Bearbeitungsgebühr und Buchungsgebühr. Gelingt es nicht, den stornierten Zeitraum ganz oder teilweise weiterzuvermieten, berechnen wir dem Mieter eine Schadenspauschale, die sich wie folgt zusammensetzt: Eine Schadenspauschale in Höhe von 20 % des Mietbetrages wird berechnet, wenn der Mieter die Buchung in dem Zeitraum nach Abschluss des Mietvertrages bis 6 Wochen vor Anreise storniert. Bei Stornierung des Mietvertrages im Zeitraum von 6 bis 4 Wochen vor Anreise wird eine Schadenspauschale von 60 % der Mietkosten berechnet, bei 4 bis 2 Wochen vor Anreise 80 %. Wird die Buchung im Zeitraum von 14 Tage bis zum Anreisetag storniert, ist der Mieter verpflichtet, den gesamten Mietbetrag (100%) zu entrichten. Der Mieter kann bei Zustimmung durch den Vermieter einen Nachmieter besorgen, der die Rechte und Pflichten des Mietvertrages übernimmt. Wir empfehlen deshalb den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung.

Absolute enthusiasm
We were over Pentecost in the wonderful holiday home and are really absolutely thrilled.
There is enough space for 6 people in the house.
The house is fully furnished and has two spacious bathrooms with walk-in showers.
If you want to barbecue, you should bring an electric grill, as charcoal grilling is prohibited in the area.
We will definitely come back.
