Exclusive new semi-detached house under thatch, Am Mariannenweg 11a, Ostseebad Boltenhagen

Since June 2016, our new holiday home with 4 rooms is available for up to 8 holiday guests. Freshly made beds are included in our house!
On three floors, the spacious semi-detached house with thatched roof combines a living room with access to the terrace, three bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. Together with the attic, you have plenty of space for your holiday on over 100 m².
On the ground floor of the holiday home is the spacious living room with white bio-tiled stove, cosy dining area, large corner sofa with sleeping function (reclining surface 200 x 130 cm) and the integrated kitchenette with cooking island. You will also find the guest WC with floor-level shower (incl. rain-dance function) and the entrance area here.
The access to the furnished south/west terrace, beach chair included, is directly from the living room and gives a free view into the garden / to the pond and further into the landscape conservation area
Adjacent to the terrace is the log garden house with sauna for 6 people!
Extensive technical equipment with flat-screen TV/radio, sound bar, Blu-Ray player and WII games console can be found in the living area. In the very well equipped modern kitchenette you will find an oven, ceramic hob, large fridge with freezer compartment and a microwave
In the two bedrooms on the top floor, you will find a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) in the first bedroom and two single beds (90 x 200 cm) in the second bedroom. The second bedroom offers an additional pull-out bed ( 80 x 190 cm ) for children
Generous built-in wardrobes with sufficient space for your holiday wardrobe are a matter of course in all bedrooms. The height of the slatted frames can be adjusted at the head and foot end. The 7-zone comfort mattresses (H3) and pillows + duvets are suitable for allergy sufferers
Furthermore, the attic has a utility room with washing machine and dryer, a bathroom with shower/bathtub and the hallway with separate workplace for your holiday mail.
In the attic there is another bedroom with a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm). Two of the bedrooms in this holiday home have a flat-screen TV. The sauna provides relaxation in the cold season and can be used for a fee
This non-smoking house can accommodate 6 adults and an additional 2 children, pets are not allowed. A note for allergy sufferers: all floors in this holiday home except the top floor (linoleum flooring) are tiled. Three ladies' bicycles (28 inch) without guarantee and a large handcart are included. Two bikes have a luggage basket and the third has a removable Römer child seat. E-bikes that you bring with you (power socket available) can be safely parked in the garden house
The holiday resort Am Mariannenweg is located in a traffic-calmed area. The car park is located directly at the entrance to the resort. Two parking spaces are allocated to this holiday home, one of which measures 3.70m wide and 5.00 long. Access to the resort is guaranteed by a barrier system. Only holidaymakers of the holiday resort Am Mariannenweg have access. The beach is only about 350 m away.
Please understand that barbecuing with charcoal and the use of fireworks are not permitted. A large gas garden barbecue belongs to the house, propane gas included!
In the high season from to , complete bookings are mandatory. You can view the current occupancy calendar at any time.
For bookings over the turn of the year, please note the minimum rental period of 7 nights. Except for New Year's Eve, bookings of 4 nights or more are possible in this house.

Exclusive new semi-detached house under thatch in the new holiday resort Mariannenweg in the Baltic resort Boltenhagen
The resort is situated in a quiet location on Mariannenweg, adjacent to Boltenhagen's nature reserve. It is only about 350 m to the Baltic Sea beach. 20 semi-detached houses rest in a park-like setting. The roofs of the houses are thatched according to centuries-old building tradition. The houses with thatched roofs and mullioned windows radiate a cosy atmosphere.
On the way to the beach, you will pass Boltenhagen's new climbing/high-ropes park. A newly built EDEKA market incl. bakery or also a newly built Netto market are within walking distance. The centre of Boltenhagen is 1500 m away. For the journey there, three in-house bicycles are available. The on-site administration rents out further bicycles. A bus stop with connection to the centre of Boltenhagen/Weiße Wiek is 200 m away. The beach and Ostsee-Klinik are nearby!
In the reception building, occupying the entrance area of the complex, an office of the company NORDIC has been set up. NORDIC manages our holiday home. The personal service directly in the holiday resort ensures short distances, from the arrival and handing over of the keys to the return of the keys on the day of departure.
The holiday home area is traffic-calmed. You can of course drive into the area to load and unload your car. Two parking spaces are allocated to our holiday home, one of which is 3.70 m wide and 5.00 m long.

In addition to the total amount, you will pay a security deposit of Euro 250 to ensure the proper return of the holiday home. The security deposit is to be paid in cash or by EC card on arrival and will be transferred back within 3 working days after departure if there are no complaints/defects.
