Description
Our reed house is a semi-detached house for up to 6 people.
Completed in 2015, the spacious semi-detached house with thatched roof combines a living room with access to the terrace, three bedrooms, an infrared sauna and two modern bathrooms on three floors. Together with the attic, you have plenty of space for your holiday here on over 100m²
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
On the ground floor of the holiday home you will find the spacious living room with a cosy dining area and the integrated fully equipped kitchenette. You will also find a bathroom with floor-level shower and the entrance area here.
Access to the south-facing terrace is directly from the living room. You can enjoy the sun on the furnished terrace from morning until late afternoon. The first beach flair is offered by your own beach chair on the terrace
In the living-dining area, a 55' LED TV and a radio/CD player are available for your entertainment. In the very well-equipped modern kitchenette, you will find a coffee maker, kettle and toaster as well as an oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and dishwasher.
There are two bedrooms on the upper floor. One bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) and one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200, 90 x 190). In both bedrooms you will find large wardrobes for your laundry and an LED TV in each room. Furthermore, our cosy infrared sauna with LED coloured light system is available for you to relax in on the upper floor. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub/shower. The washing machine is also located on the upper floor
In the hallway you will find a small selection of books. If you can't finish the book, take it home and continue reading there. It would be nice if you put another book there instead
In the attic there is another bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200). There is also an LED TV here.
All rooms are tiled or in the attic with laminate flooring and therefore also suitable for allergy sufferers. For this reason, we ask for your understanding that it is unfortunately not possible to bring pets or to smoke in the rooms. WLAN is available free of charge.
You are welcome to store your bicycles in the shed.
Please understand that barbecuing with charcoal and the use of fireworks are not permitted.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday resort on Mariannenweg is located in a traffic-calmed area in the second row. It is only about 400 m to the beach. The car park is located directly at the entrance to the resort, where a parking space is reserved for you. Access to the resort is guaranteed by a barrier system
Only holidaymakers of the Mariannenweg holiday resort have access. The resort also has a volleyball court and a playground for small children.
There are several very good restaurants nearby. The supermarket is also within walking distance.

You can get the keys to our house at the Nordic office, Am Mariannenweg 38. The office is located directly at the car park to the holiday complex.
If you are travelling via Klütz
At the entrance to Boltenhagen go straight on to the roundabout, take the first exit into Ostseeallee, after approx. 2000 m turn right into Mariannenweg, after approx. 100 m you will find the Nordic office on the left-hand side.
If you are travelling via Wismar / Weiße Wiek
Leave the roundabout in the direction of the centre, drive along Ostseeallee for approx. 800 m, turn left into Mariannenweg, after approx. 100 m you will find the Nordic office on the left-hand side.
The office is located at the entrance to our complex in the immediate vicinity of our house at number 20a. When you drive into the complex, it is the first house on the right-hand side.

Sehr schönes Haus für den Urlaub, freundliche Vermieter
schöne Doppelhaushälfte mit viel Freiraum, sowohl innen als auch drumherum, gute Ausstattung, ruhig gelegen, relativ kurzer Weg zum Strand - Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung - sehr freundliche Vermieter, guter Service. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
