Relax, enjoy, create balance. Residenz Seestern has a very beautiful and free swimming pool as well as a wellness and sauna area completed in 2016. Two saunas let you sweat in a gentle way. On approx. 140 m² you will find a Finnish sauna 85°C and a bio sauna 55°C, an infrared cabin for 2 persons, a Kneipp basin, a drinking fountain and three experience showers. The spacious resting areas invite you to relax
You stay in a 48 m² 2-room flat with balcony (loggia) for max. 4 persons. The flat is located on the first floor facing the quiet inner courtyard. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2018.
The free underground parking space in the same building as well as the swimming pool and wellness area can be reached comfortably and barrier-free by lift, making it particularly suitable for older guests or younger guests with small children.
In the basement you will find coin-operated washing machines and dryers as well as a bicycle cellar. Bicycle rental is available at the reception of the holiday residence, where a friendly and helpful team is at your disposal.

Residenz Seestern is an architecturally charming apartment complex consisting of four houses. It is centrally located in Boltenhagen and only about 100 m from the beach. The beautiful spa gardens of Boltenhagen are in the immediate vicinity
In the flat area you will find a well-kept gastronomy with international cuisine as well as a playground for the little guests. A large shopping centre is not far from the complex.
