Beautiful vacation apartment.

We, my wife, our dog Rusty, and myself felt very comfortable in the lovingly furnished apartment. Everything needed for everyday life is available. We particularly enjoyed the small balcony, as it is very sheltered from the wind and we could enjoy the morning sun with our coffee. The sea and the seemingly endless promenade are about 300 meters from the apartment, and the steep coast, where we could hike superbly, is also just a stone's throw away. Unfortunately, every vacation comes to an end, but it will certainly not be the last one in Frau Rahn's apartment. Furthermore, Frau Rahn is very helpful and always reachable.

Little Pearl Boltenhagen

We are repeat offenders in this little gem..... small, but nice. Everything you need for a vacation is available and lovingly furnished down to the smallest detail, even with Christmas decorations. The kitchen equipment is excellent, just like at home. The storage options for 2 people are completely sufficient, as shopping is possible just 2 minutes around the corner (Aldi, Markant). On frost-free and not too hot days, many things can also be stored in the anteroom next to the stairs. If something is missing or if there are any inquiries... no problem. Mrs. Rahn can be reached at any time and provides a remedy.
The availability of bikes at any time of the year is also great. If you are not mobility restricted, the separate staircase to the apartment is no problem and the relaxed walk to the town center or the beach is part of the relaxation.
We enjoy our time here every year and also explore the nearby towns of Boltenhagen by car. But even without a car, many things are possible as there is a bus connection.

Very nice, clean and perfectly equipped holiday home in a small holiday resort with playground and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. The beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes. We were in Mrs. Rahn's vacation apartment for the third time and would come back again and again!
The apartment is tastefully, lovingly, and cozy furnished, so we simply feel comfortable there.
It is a holiday feeling from the beginning.
Particular highlights are:
• small personal gift upon arrival
• the cleanliness
• the kitchen equipment (stove, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, etc.)
• the free use of the washing machine
• the covered balcony with a small seating area
• the fold-out sofa (providing space for 4 people)
• the WiFi access
• the television
• the shopping possibilities around the corner (Aldi, Markant, Tedi, Kik)
• the proximity to the beach (maximum 5 minutes on foot)
• the bicycles in the shed
• the beach chair (season-dependent)
• the quiet, green surroundings
• the parking space in front of the house
• the shuttle bus stop is almost right outside the door
• the bus stop to, for example, Grevesmühlen or Wismar is a 5-10 min walk away

Very nice apartment

The apartment is very close to the beach and yet in a quiet residential street. It is very beautiful and tastefully furnished and has everything you need for a nice holiday. In addition, bicycles are also available and you can use a beach chair, which is provided free of charge. This rounds off the holiday perfectly and saves additional costs. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and would book it again at any time.

Come in and feel comfortable.

We stayed for 1 week in a cozy, perfectly furnished, bright, clean and super located apartment. The bicycles were perfect. We didn't need the car. So we could explore the steep coast as well as the White Wiek, go shopping quickly or simply go to the beach. There was a beach chair for us for the entire week, simply fantastic. We can recommend the apartment without hesitation, we will definitely come back.

Beautiful accommodation in a perfect location.

We visited the "Little Pearl" for the second time, as we already liked it so much last year. The mattresses are really worth their weight in gold - there's nothing better than a restful sleep on vacation.

Even in quickly approaching bad weather, it's easy to get from the beach or spa park to the cozy accommodation. And the white bread from the bakery around the corner tastes even better with the strawberry jam that was once again provided as a gift for the guests.

We will gladly come back!

Everything one (woman) needs

The "little pearl" lives up to its name. The apartment is fully equipped with a fitted kitchen and all kinds of cooking utensils. There is even an egg cooker available. The living room is nice and spacious and offers a television, a PS2, and a BluRay player, as well as some games for rainy days. The balcony is small but suitable for 2 people. There is an Aldi and a Markant about 200m away. About 100m away, there is an egg vending machine and a bakery trailer next to it. The apartment includes 2 bicycles that are suitable for exploring the town and its surroundings. The landlady was always reachable by phone and very nice and accommodating. All in all, a very successful vacation, even if the weather didn't invite us to the beach every day.

Holiday joy

Thank you very much, we were able to enjoy the Baltic Sea for 14 days in a tastefully furnished and clean holiday apartment.
Everything was there, even the landlady Mrs. Rahn thought of a fly swatter. A glass of homemade welcome jam, I have never experienced that before and we have been going to the Baltic Sea in the summer for many years.

Small Baltic Sea pearl

We were able to spend a week on vacation in this enchanting apartment. It is tastefully and high-quality furnished. We felt at home from the first moment! The beds were comfortable, the bathroom small but lovely, and the kitchen fully equipped with beautiful dishes and good cutlery! There was nothing missing!! The communication with the landlord was also very pleasant. All in all: perfect!

Time out to recharge your batteries

Our spontaneous choice for a holiday flat in Boltenhagen was a direct hit. We found exactly what we were looking for: peace and quiet, a tranquil place without a lot of tourist hustle and bustle, very appealing gastronomy and many opportunities to relax, whether on foot or by free (!!) bike along the beautiful bay, by bus to the World Heritage Site of Wismar or as a day trip to Schwerin. We enjoyed the days to the fullest and can only recommend booking with Mrs Rahn, who looked after us in an exemplary manner. Thank you for that!

The pearl among the holiday flats

We are a married couple aged 60+. Our demands are very high. In January we were in Boltenhagen. The weather was anything but nice. Therefore it was even more important to find a cosy flat. The "Little Pearl" lives up to its name. We felt very comfortable. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The location is very central, but still quiet. Everything is within walking distance. If we go to Boltenhagen again, only the small pearl comes into question.

We were drawn back to the little pearl this year. Relaxed Christmas and the turn of the year with the sound of the sea. We were not disappointed, but welcomed again with the Christmas atmosphere in the flat. Everything we needed to relax was there, very tasteful and quality furnishings. Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe

Wir fanden eine bestens ausgestattete Wohnung vor; von Waschmaschine über Geschirrspüler bis hin zu reichlich Küchenutensilien war alles vorhanden. Auch die Matratzen und die Schlafcouch waren sehr gut.

Der eigene Aufgang zur Wohnung ist sehr schön. Von der Lage her ist es perfekt - sowohl Strand, als auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Zentrum sind schnell fußläufig zu erreichen.
Alles in allem eine sehr zu empfehlende Wohnung - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wirklich eine kleine Perle ?

Auf einen wohl verdienten Ostsee Urlaub freuten wir uns ein halbes Jahr.
Voller Vorfreude und Spannung fuhren wir nach Boltenhagen und fanden eine
Kleine Perle die ihren Namen verdient vor.
Eine wunderschöne kleine Ferienwohnung in der es an nichts fehlt.
Die Lage ist einmalig. Ob zum einkaufen oder zum Strand, alles kurze Wege.
Der nette Kontakt zu Frau Rahn ist eigentlich nur der i Punkt oben drauf.
Ob es das kulturelle Angebot oder die Schönheit der Gegend um Boltenhagen ist, 
die Region ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung gehabt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fehlte nichts in der Wohnung. Ferienwohnung "Kleine Perle" Boltenhagen

Weihnachten, Zeit der Besinnlichkeit... Gerade in der heutigen Zeit. Wir hatten 10 entspannte Tage in der "Kleinen Perle" Boltenhagen. Der Name.... nur zurecht. Uns hatte es an NICHTS gefehlt, tolle sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Sogar an die Weihnachtsdeko wurde gedacht. Alles gut fußläufig erreichbar und die gesamten Buchungsabläufe total unproblematisch und persönlich. Danke für die schöne Zeit, in der wir Weihnachten und den Jahreswechsel erleben durften.

Diese Wohnung war für einen Kurzurlaub von der Lage her ideal. Sehr praktisch waren auch die bereitgestellten Fahrräder, so daß wir die ganze Woche über kein Auto benutzen mußten. Gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, voll ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle etc.

Es fehlte an nichts

Wir waren total überrascht von der "Kleinen Perle". Eine moderne, hervorragend ausgestattete Wohnung. Ob Küche mit ihren modernen Geräten und allem, was man so zum Herstellen von Frühstück, Mittagessen und Abendbrot braucht, oder das Wohnzimmer hell und freundlich mit großem Fernseher, W-Lan, Geschirr und Gläsern, Lesestoff und DVD's für Groß und Klein sowie bequemen Möbeln.
Kleiner "Wermutstropfen", den Strandkorb gab's es nicht mehr, dafür einen kleinen Ausgleich.
Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Super Wohnung

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Wohlfühlwohnung. Es war alles da was man braucht und mit den Fahrrädern haben wir lange Ausflüge unternommen. Die Wohnung war sauber, was nicht selbstverständlich ist und wir konnten am Anreisetag schon sehr früh rein, da die Vermieterin das mit uns abgestimmt hat. So standen wir nicht im Stau und konnten den Tag schon genießen.

Wohnen bei IKEA

Sehr schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung im nordischen Stil. Wer immer davon geträumt hat, mal bei IKEA zu übernachten, ist hier richtig. Nicht ganz optimal ist die Lage an der Straße zwischen Feriendorf und Einkaufszentrum. Tagsüber ist hier doch einiges an Verkehr. Nachts ist es allerdings ruhig.

Angenehmer,ruhiger Urlaub

Sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene,saubere Ferienwohnung.
Zwei Fahrräder und ein schöner Strandkorb runden das Angebot ab.
Strand und Ortsmitte sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ausflugsziele gibt es so viele Schwerin ,das schöne Wismar und Lübeck sind gut mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Wenige Meter entfernt gibt es leckere Brötchen.
Frau Rahn ist eine sehr nette ,freundliche und aufmerksame Vermieterin.
Einen kleinen Hinweis möchte ich aber trotzdem geben ,die Treppe zur Wohnung ist nicht gut geeignet für gehbehinderte Senioren.

Urlaub als älteres Paar

Die Wohnung "Kleine Perle" entspricht voll ihren Namen. Sie ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, bietet eine liebevolle Einrichtung und für zwei Personen ist sie sehr geräumig.
Zwei tolle Fahrräder stehen jederzeit zur Verfügung und haben dafür gesorgt das wir viel von der Umgebung und der Natur erkunden konnten. Ein eigener Strandkorb stand ebenfalls zur Verfügung und sorgt stets für einen frische Meeresbriese. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Sommerurlaub

Es gab nichts zu meckern, nicht mal beim Wetter. Eine Woche tolle FeWo bei traumhaftem Wetter. Der Strandkorb ist in Koronazeiten auch ideal, viel Platz zwischen den Strandkörben.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Diese Ferienwohnung hat dazu beigetragen, das wir eine super Urlaubswoche verbringen konnten. Wir können die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Bewertung "Große Perle" Boltenhagen

Wunderschönes Haus, exakt so wie auf den Bildern, nicht verwohnt oder veraltet, liebevoll,
mit sehr viel Herz und Geschmack eingerichtet.
Und es war sooo unglaublich sauber (ich bin sehr pingelig ????) - ich hätte glatt vom Boden essen können. Geschirr, Kühlschrank, Backofen, Böden, Bad, WC!, Betten - alles wie neu! Mein Desinfektionsspray habe ich in der Tasche gelassen und dass passiert äußerst selten????...
Sehr ruhig am Rande des Dorfes gelegen - hinter dem Haus Natur und Stille pur. Die Vögel zwittschern tags, das Käutzchen heult nachts - einfach wundervoll entspannend!
Kurzer Weg zum Strand, alles Wichtige fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Habe das Auto die ganze Woche nicht genutzt.
Eine sehr nette, zuvorkommende Vermieterin mit großem Herz - Liebe Frau R. - vielen Dank nochmals für alles!!! Ich komme wieder????.

Sehr wohlgefühlt

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute und ruhige Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr hell und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Gut auch, dass man sein Auto sicher abstellen kann und einen eigenen fest zugewiesenen Parkplatz hat, der auch breit genug ist. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt.

Erholung pur

Die Wohnung war in einem top Zustand und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Strand befindet sich auch ganz in der Nähe.

Eine sehr schöne, moderne, saubere, ruhige und helle Ferienwohnung mit allem Komfort, nicht weit zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke, vor allem dazu gehören im Leistungspaket Fahrräder, Strandkorb und Parkplatz. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und toll erholt. In Boltenhagen wird auch jeden Tag kulturell viel geboten. WIR KOMMEN WIEDER !!

Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Wirklich schöne, helle, und bei kaltem Wetter auch kuschelig warme Wohnung. Die Einrichtung war genau unser Geschmack und alles war liebevoll dekoriert. Alles wie neu und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sofort total wohl gefühlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, aber nicht störend. Der reservierte Strandkorb ist genial. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Frau Rahn war sehr angenehm.

Sehr schöner Urlaub, Empfehlenswert!!!

Die Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen, sie ist sehr gut eingerichtet und hatte alles um unseren Urlaub perfekt zu machen. Sie ist zentral gelegen, alles per Pedes gut zu erreichen…Einkaufs, Einkehrmöglichkeiten und Strandnähe. Von hier aus gab es viele Möglichkeiten die nähere Umgebung zu erwandern, zu er radeln bzw. per Auto zu erkunden.
Frau Rahn ist eine nette und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin….DANKE!!!

Sonne im Februar

Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt mit Blumen und einem Glas selbstgekochter Marmelade. Die Wohnung war hell und freundlich, wir fühlten uns sofort wohl.
Die Austattung war wohnlich mit großem Stauraum in allen Räumen.
Angenehm war der nahe Supermarkt mit Bäcker (ohne Beeinträchtigung der Wohnqualität) und die Nähe zur Ortsmitte und zum Strand.
Wir werden wiederkommen!

Silvester mit Kindern - immer wieder gerne

Wir, 2 Erwachsene 2 Kinder (4 + 13 Jahre) können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen. Auch mit nur einem Schlafzimmer, war es mit 2 Kindern kein Problem. Die ausziehbare Couch,im Wohnzimmer,ist groß genug für 2 Personen.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es fehlt einem an nichts.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns wirklich willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Dafür hat auch die selbstgemachte Marmelade beigetragen,die zur Begrüßung auf dem Tisch stand.

Von der Wohnung aus, haben wir alles zu Fuß erreichen können und haben nur für eine Schloßbesichtigung das Auto genutzt.

Alles in einem ein ganz toller,sehr entspannter Kurzurlaub und wir werden sicher nochmal über Silvester dort sein....aber natürlich nur in dieser Wohnung.

a real pearl

I spent a great week on the Baltic Sea in Boltenhagen as a single traveller and had wonderful accommodation in the small pearl. I was particularly impressed by the very warm and pleasant contact with Mrs. Rahn as the landlady, including the homemade jam as a welcome gift, as well as the flat, which is very cosy, bright and friendly and offered me everything I needed for a perfect holiday flat
Arrival and departure were coordinated by phone without any problems, which meant relaxation right from the start
I also loved the bicycles, which were included, so I could explore the area as I pleased, and of course the beach chair on the beautiful sandy beach, where I found plenty of time and peace to read with a view of the sea and seagulls
The location of the flat is great, an extensive shopping area is within a few minutes walk and the centre is also close, the beach even closer
I can highly recommend this flat for any single traveller but also for couples and if my holiday ever takes me to Boltenhagen again, I will definitely want to stay here!

Good equipment with taste

It was a nice holiday, we liked to return to the flat because it was a good place to recharge after all the strenuous activities. Even when it rains, I can imagine that it is nice to stay in the flat for a longer period of time. The equipment with pots, dishes, W-Lan and TV is great. The beach chair and the bicycles round off the holiday. The contact with the landlady was reliable and quick.

1x week relaxing holiday with a sunny start into spring

We felt very comfortable in the cosily furnished holiday flat. Shopping facilities, restaurants and cafes, the beach and the pier are within walking distance. We were able to make full use of the beach chair in April when the weather was nice. For the internet research of excursion destinations in the surroundings of Boltenhaben free WLAN is available !
We will gladly come again !

We were there for a spa cure. 3 weeks. For the most part we didn't use the car, only to the Hanseatic cities of Weimar, Lübeck and Schwerin. Otherwise we walked everywhere: shopping, eating out, spa treatments, etc. We can only recommend the apartment. The mattresses were great, better than at home.

SUPER SCHÖNER URLAUB

Eine modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, wo wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Es war alles vorhanden was wir gebraucht haben. Besonders gut haben uns die Sauberkeit und die Fahrräder gefallen. Auch in der kalten Jahreszeit ist diese Wohnung zu 100 % weiter zu empfehlen.

Vielen Dank auch an die Eigentümerin, die uns mit einem Glas selbstgemachter Marmelade empfangen hat. Der Kontakt war von Anfang sehr herzlich. Wir konnten die Wohnung sogar schon um 11 Uhr beziehen, obwohl diese vorher vermietet war.

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen, modern, hell, freundlich !

Haben uns in der Urlaubswoche hier wie zu hause gefühlt. Hat an nichts gefehlt, einfach super ! Ist für Senioren bzw. junge Familie mit einem Kind empfehlenswert. Alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, das Auto kann stehen bleiben, große Klasse !!

Schöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Das war das 2. mal das wir unseren Urlaub in Boltenhagen und in dieser netten Ferienwohnung bestritten haben. Es war wieder sehr schön, man fühlt sich direkt zu Hause und willkommen.
Wir haben uns schon für nächstes Jahr vormerken lassen. Also sehr weiterzuempfehlen :-)
