Description
The 63 sqm large, comfortable semi-detached house is furnished in a modern style. All windows and the patio door are fitted with pleated blinds on the inside and roller shutters on the outside. There is a mosquito screen in front of each window.
Smoking and pets are not allowed. A parking space belonging to the house is located directly next to the house. In the adjacent storage room you will find the terrace furniture, a barbecue and a handcart. The terrace is south-facing, with an awning protecting the entire terrace area from too much sun.

The holiday home is located in the holiday village in Boltenhagen, in the middle of a park-like, child-friendly complex with generous lawns and old trees on the edge of the "Klützer Bach" nature reserve (western edge of Boltenhagen)
The quiet, idyllic complex - each about 350 metres to the beach and to shopping (Aldi, KIK, Markant, etc.) - offers all the prerequisites for a relaxing holiday
On the ground floor of the holiday home is the living room with a wood-burning stove, corner sofa with coffee table, a glass cabinet and a TV. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs in the same room.
You will also find a fully equipped kitchenette with oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher
Next to the living room is one of the two bathrooms. It has a washbasin/closet combination, a washing machine, a toilet and a shower cubicle
Adjacent to this bathroom is a newly furnished bedroom with a closet
Upstairs you will find another bedroom with a spacious wardrobe, a double bed, two bedside tables, a TV table on which the TV is placed
The adjoining bathroom has a modern washstand, a bathtub with shower and a WC. The bathroom has two skylights.

Ein gelungener Urlaub
Die Beschreibung zur Ferienunterkunft und die Realität stimmen zu 100% überein. Das haben wir in der Vergangenheit bei anderen Ferienunterkünften schon ganz anders erfahren müssen. Service / Sauberkeit und Preis/Leistung waren einfach Spitze. Wir kommen gerne wieder und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein Urlaub zum Entspannen
Wir waren in diesem Jahr bereits zum 3. Mal in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist top; nicht zu weit vom Strand und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt und doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung bietet an Ausstattung alles, was man so braucht. Wir schätzen als 4-köpfige Familie besonders den Luxus von 2 Badezimmern.
Eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen.

Sehr zu empfehlen.
Wir sind nächstes Jahr jetzt zum 8. Mal in Folge im Haus Arkona.
Ausstattung und Service gaben nie Anlass zur Beschwerde, sehr gepflegtes Haus, Anlage in ruhiger Lage, ideal für Familien mit Kindern, vom Hochstuhl über Sturzgitter bis zum Bollerwagen alles vorhanden. Kurzer Weg zum Strand, 2 Minuten mit Fahrrad, unter 10 Minuten zu laufen.

Als Wiederholungstäter kommen wir seit Jahren immer wieder gern hierher. Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wichtige kleine Details wie z.B. Mückenschutz an den Fenstern, Fahrräder oder Waschmaschine, richtige Nord-Süd- Lage sorgen für einen perfekten Urlaub.
