The 53 sqm flat with 1 bedroom, for 2 persons & baby , is located on the ground floor and has been rated 4 stars by the German Tourism Association.
The flat has been furnished with great attention to detail, in the Nordic country house style! A lot of comfort, a harmonious colour concept and a lot of personality contribute to your well-being. Young & old will find a cosy "holiday home" here, for all weathers, which is suitable for children as well as for allergy sufferers.
The bedroom has a comfortable bed, a TV with DVD player and enough storage space in the wardrobes

The kitchen is fully equipped, even for the most demanding needs.
The bathroom, small but nice, invites you to feel good.
For families with a baby, there is a baby high chair
and a travel cot with mattress and blanket/pillow are available free of charge!
For your entertainment you will find a selection of books,
as well as games for grown-ups & for a cosy DVD evening
dVD's for adults and children are available.
There is a beautiful terrace, with table and 4 chairs, parasol and 2 sun loungers.
There is also a storage shed directly in front of the house,
where bicycles or a pram can be stored.
There is a trolley in the shed which you are welcome to use!
There is also a parking space for one car directly in front of the house.
As a special service we offer our guests,
Bed linen, towels, WLAN, telephone calls to the German fixed network
and a handcart are available free of charge!

Perfekte Unterkunft
Beim Eintreten in das gemütliche Ostseenest bekommt man schon ein wohliges Gefühl. Diese Wohnung hat uns von A-Z überzeugt, angefangen von der schönen Einrichtung, Ausstattung, der liebevollen Dekoration und natürlich von der absoluten Sauberkeit. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, aber fein!!! Wir wurden mit einer kleinen Geste und persönlich geschriebenen Worten von Familie Ruff überrascht, das hatten wir bisher noch nie.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, Strand, Promenaden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, und dennoch ist es ruhig. Der Schuppen für unsere E- Bikes hatte einen Stromanschluss und gehörte zur Wohnung, das Laden der Akkus war also ein Leichtes. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Top Ferienwohnung
Diese Ferienwohnung wurde mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung hat uns sehr überzeugt, denn das ist für uns ein wichtiger Punkt, nur so konnten wir uns total wohlfühlen.
Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

Kleines Wohlfühlnest
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr hochwertig modern mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und lädt zum Träumen und Entspannen ein. Küche mit umfangreicher Ausstattung. Uns hat es an Nichts gefehlt. Großes Wohnzimmer mit Anschluss an die Terasse. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit der Familie Ruff. Sehr sauber!
Einziges Manko: für Familien mit Kleinkindern nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Das Babybett passte nur durch Verrücken des Ehebettes samt Nachttischen in's Schlafzimner. Außerdem gibt es viel Deko in direkter Reichweite die für kleine neugierige Kinderhände nichts sind. Aber nach einem Rundgang wurde alles eine Etage höher geräumt, dann war es kein Problem mehr.
Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können die Ferienwohnung weiter empfehlen. Liebe Grüße aus Leipzig, Familie Lange

Zauberhaft!
Sehr weiterzuempfehlen! Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Gemütlich, sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Auch der sympathische Kontakt und die kurzfristige Buchung - alles absolut freundlich und unkompliziert.

We are a family of 4, consisting of 3 northerners and one from Baden. We ourselves are enthusiastic fans of the Baltic Sea, especially the Mecklenburg coast. What we particularly liked about Boltenhagen is that it is still a very small place with a fantastic beach, with a wonderful beach. You can have a relaxing time not only on the beach, but also in the surrounding area. To make our guests feel at home, we make every effort to offer them a modern, cosy "holiday home" with lots of comfort
