Description
This beautiful new holiday home for 6 people is modern and comfortably furnished and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the direct vicinity of the Großer Wariner See lake. It is only a few steps to the lake and the admission-free lido. The non-smoking house is equipped with tiles and laminate flooring suitable for allergy sufferers and has underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove.
The spacious living-dining area with lake view leaves nothing to be desired. A comfortable sofa, a large SAT TV with DVD/CD/USB, a Playstation with games and a collection of books and games provide relaxation and entertainment. The bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m). There is also a nice shower room (shower with shallow entry) with towel radiator and hairdryer on the ground floor. A washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board are also available. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, Senseo, toaster, kettle, egg boiler, high-quality pots, table grill, sandwich toaster, waffle iron and other varied cooking and baking utensils.
One bedroom upstairs has 2 single beds and a lake view. The second upstairs bedroom also has a double bed (180 x 200 cm). There are flat screen televisions in both rooms. All bedrooms have exterior blinds and fly screens. High-quality mattresses and blankets, as well as adjustable slatted frames ensure your well-being. A further shower room on the upper floor is practical.
There is free WLAN (registration required on site). We do not guarantee unlimited availability and sufficient speed. A high chair and a travel cot are also available free of charge and all main rooms are equipped with smoke detectors.
The terrace with high-quality furniture, as well as the garden provide relaxing hours in the sun. There is a garden shed and a kettle grill. Two parking spaces are of course also included.
Two bicycles (28 inch) are available free of charge (without liability and guarantee).
Furthermore, a 2-4-person canoe/canoe with life jackets in various sizes is available free of charge (use at your own risk, without liability and guarantee)
Warin is an ideal starting point to explore the nearby towns and the Baltic Sea. Wismar, Schwerin as well as the Baltic Sea with its beautiful peninsula Poel can be reached in about 15-25 minutes. The zoo in Rostock, Warnemünde or the Baltic resort of Kühlungsborn are also only 50 minutes away. Lübeck can be reached in about 1 hour and Hamburg in 1.5 hours. There is a high ropes course in Neukloster (10 km) and a large leisure pool in Wismar.

The stork's nest was the perfect place for a nice family vacation. The quiet location with immediate proximity to the lake and the excellent facilities of the house left nothing to be desired.
In sunshine, we grilled on the terrace, and in north German "shitty weather," we used the waffle iron and made ourselves comfortable together in the large living-dining area.
To balance out the resulting caloric surplus, we went on bike or canoe tours, as well as the occasional swim at the beautiful nearby beach. This also offers a variety of leisure activities for children of various ages.
We didn't miss anything, and we definitely want to come back!

Great house in a prime location by the lake.
"The Stork's Nest is a modern and very lovingly and comfortably furnished holiday home with absolute full facilities. Everything was available down to the smallest detail, nothing was missing!!! We very much enjoyed the peace and the proximity to the lake. We were able to use the existing canoe for wonderfully relaxing paddling tours on the lake. Bike and hiking tours also start directly in Warin and in the immediate vicinity. We had a very nice holiday, felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back."

Spitzen-Ferien-Domizil (:-)))
Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Storchennest und können nur positiv berichten, ein tolles Haus mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Das Objekt befindet sich direkt am See, kurzer Weg bis zum See-Schwimmbad. Wir alle, (6 Personen) können das Haus ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen, ein Wiederkommen unsererseits steht auch nichts im Wege, also ab zum Storchennest in Warin(:-)))

Freunde-Urlaub
Tolles Haus mit reichlich Platz für 6 Personen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Badesee direkt vor der Tür und viele schöne Radtouren. Was will man mehr????
