Dear guests, the house has been rented out since 2017 and offers enough space for up to 14 people. The house has 5 separate bedrooms with a total of 8 double beds, one single bed and 2 children's beds. Ueckermünde and the nature will inspire you and give you a great time.The holiday home is located on a 1500 square metre property, which is fenced off several times. Ideal for dogs and pets are of course allowed. On the property 5 cars can park safely and fenced .There are 2 separate driveways .The holiday home is quiet but centrally located in a 2019 newly built side street and you can reach everything comfortably on foot.Edeka, Aldi,dm etc are only 200 meters away and the centre of Ueckermünde and the beautiful city centre are reached in just under 10 minutes .The holiday home is only 100 meters away from the river Uecker and there is a beautiful path leading directly to the beach from the house.This can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. In the holiday dream everything is available and there are 5 separate bedrooms with a total of 8 double beds, including a huge and heated waterbed.The house has a fireplace which makes the winter evenings very cozy, the associated firewood is free with booking.There is an Infarotsauna in the holiday home, free W-Lan, a large covered terrace with garden furniture and cushions invite you to relax. There are 2 large dining tables in the house and on the terrace, each for 12 people, as you can see in the photos. In the garden there is a beautiful brick barbecue and play facilities for the children.When booking, there are no additional costs for you, it is all included .In the house are 5 Smart TVs with gital cable TV and free Netflix at the guests' disposal. All utilities are included, as well as bed linen, towels .

You will like it and the seaside resort of Ueckermünde is really an insider tip for those seeking rest and relaxation. The zoo is regionally very well known.you will be thrilled.whether climbing forest,cinema,boat tours,beach or the harbour.there is much to experience. Quietly and centrally located in a side street, you can reach the centre of Ueckermünde in 10 minutes on foot. A dyke and beach path is only 100 m away from the house and leads you right into the greenery to the beautiful beach of the seaside resort, which you can reach in 20 minutes on foot. The Ueckermünde zoo is very famous for its lions and there are many restaurants in the seaside resort as well as a cinema, a climbing forest and countless cycling paths in the Ueckermünde region

All inclusive, all utilities included with booking, bed linen is provided and plenty of towels are in the house. The kitchen is fully equipped and in the house is everything you need and sun loungers are on site including the corresponding cushions. In the garden there is a nice barbecue and a tree house plus slide. A multiple fenced plot, ideal for dogs and there is a large covered terrace. In the house there are several TVs, an Infarotsauna, a fireplace, two showers and a bathtub .5 bedrooms and max 16 persons at rental contract is concluded in writing on arrival and the tourist tax is not covered by.

Etwas enttäuscht
Haus und Lage waren gut. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses entsprach bei näherer Betrachtung nicht dem was der Vermieter im Vorfeld erzählt hat (ist gerade beim reinigen), Spinnweben, verschmutztes Geschirr, staubige Schränke. Haus ist teilweise doch schon renovierungsbedürftig. Waren im Nachhinein etwas vom im Vorfeld netten Gastgeber enttäuscht(kein Entgegenkommen für die doch reichlichen Mängel). Hatten aber trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub in Ueckermünde mit seiner schönen Umgebung.

From the first moment you feel comfortable and welcome. The holiday home is furnished with love and generosity down to the smallest detail. We especially liked the very beautifully landscaped garden, where you could spend time anywhere. The accommodation was excellent, very clean and we wanted for nothing. We felt comfortable all around.

Perfekt
Ich weiß garnicht was ich schreiben soll ? für uns war dieses Ferienhaus einfach nur perfekt! Es ist alles da was man für einen Familienurlaub benötigt! Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt! Einkaufsmöglichkeit waren in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, zum Strand sind es ca 25 Minuten und ins Zentrum auch ca 15 Minuten. ?
Unsere Vermieter war auch super nett! Also besser geht es nicht! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Wir wünschen Herrn Erben weiterhin viele nette Urlaubsgäste ?⛱?

Sehr empfehlenswert - Tolles Ferienhaus mit viel Platz
Wir haben das Ferienhaus für ein Männerwochenende gemietet und waren sehr zufrieden.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut funktioniert.
All unsere Anliegen konnten schnell und flexibel geklärt werden.
Das Ferienhaus ist sauber und bietet ausreichend Platz (drinnen und draußen).
Es ist für jegliche Anlässe geeignet und sehr zu empfehlen.

Schönes großes Haus und netter Gastgeber
Wir waren an einem Adventswochenende mit 12 Personen in dem Haus. Schon im Vorfeld hatten wir sehr netten Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber. Die Anreise konnten wir individuell absprechen. Als wir ankamen, war für uns bereits der Kamin vorgeheizt. Echt toll. Dafür nochmal lieben Dank!
Der Gastgeber war bei der Ankunft vor Ort und zeigte uns alles und beantwortete all unsere Fragen. Somit konnten wir entspannt ins Wochenende starten.
Das Haus ist groß und geräumig. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist prima und die Betten sind bequem. In einem Schlafzimmer befinden sich viele Spielsachen, was bei unseren Kindern sehr gut ankam. Auch gut gefallen hat uns, dass ein Treppenschutzgitter vorhanden ist.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, man findet alles was man braucht.
Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet.
Wir waren zwar nur 2 Tage hier, haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt.
Den Garten haben wir aufgrund des Wetters nicht genutzt aber auch dieser ist schön groß .
Alles in allem ein gelungenes Wochenende. Wenn wir wieder in so großer Gruppe reisen, dann gerne wieder hier her.
