Welcome to our modern, approx. 80 sqm holiday flat in Kellenhusen in the Kellenhusen Tor on the Baltic Sea, newly built in 2022.
The flat is located on the 1st floor, which you can reach via the lift.
Are you looking for a relaxing holiday in a modern but comfortably furnished flat?
Then you are exactly right with us.
Both bedrooms are furnished with a 180 cm wide box spring bed. In both bedrooms there is a wardrobe with sliding doors, a mirror and a TV.
The spacious bathroom leaves nothing to be desired and is a truly beautiful oasis of well-being.
Walk-in shower, WC, washstand with mirror. The highlight in the bathroom is the direct access to the sauna.
Another small WC with mirror completes the feel-good oasis.
From the spacious living-dining area you can access the cosy balcony.
You will want for nothing in the kitchen, the appliances and the inventory (Rösle, WMF...) are all very high quality.
In the living room with 75" Smart TV, take a seat on the spacious genuine leather couch or in the genuine leather armchair.
Bed linen and towels can be rented from the house management for 25 euros per person.

Super top apartment
The apartment is really well equipped. It was the best apartment we booked this year in Kellenhusen. It has everything in terms of amenities.
Regarding cleanliness, it would be nice if the floor had also been mopped. The kids had black feet right upon arrival.

Very nice holiday apartment.
Hello, we spent 2 relaxing weeks in this super nice vacation apartment. It is furnished with so much love and very tastefully. Nothing was missing. You simply walk across the street to the nearby supermarket. The beach can also be reached in a few minutes on foot. We can highly recommend the apartment.

Nice vacation
The apartment in Kellenhusen not only has a great location, 2 minutes to shopping and 5 minutes to the beach, but is also super equipped. Everything is decorated with love.
We felt really comfortable and had a nice time in Kellenhusen. We would always go on vacation there again. ??

Great vacation
First of all, we would like to thank Ms. Ockenfels very much!!
It was an excellent vacation, with a picture-perfect apartment and the weather was also very good.
This apartment can only be recommended because it is really furnished in detail with a lot of love and sophistication, and it is much more than you would normally expect from a vacation rental-----Bravo!!!!

A little information for future guests=== the coffee machine is a Senseo but really very good, and the pillows on the beds are great, but for us they were too hard and too high. This is not a defect but just to inform future guests.
