The holiday complex
consists of 29 cosy Scandinavian wooden houses with their own garden and terrace. The communal house forms the entrance to the complex. Here you will find the administration, reception and a sauna facility with outdoor terrace, relaxation room and a laundry with washing machine and dryer. The complex is car-free, which means undisturbed living. At the same time, this option allows children to play in our children's playground.
The holiday homes have a size of up to approx. 60m² and offer enough space for 2 - 5 people to develop optimally. They are modern and comfortably furnished according to our ecological concept. In the kitchen you will find everything for your daily needs. The living room with kitchenette or fitted kitchen and storage room is on the ground floor. From here you can reach your own outdoor terrace with garden furniture. A staircase leads to the first floor with two bedrooms and shower/WC. We vary in the furnishings between standard and plus house. Each holiday home has its own parking space on the parking deck. You can store your bicycles in a lockable shed
The sustainable concept
From the very beginning, the ecological principle was the main focus when building the holiday complex. For example, the rainwater that falls from the roofs into underground containers is recovered and, after biological treatment, used in the households for washing machines, flushing toilets and watering the gardens. Ecological compatibility was taken into account in the selection of building materials. For example, all insulation materials are made of cotton. The heat is supplied to the naturally insulated houses via a combined heat and power plant. As a result, energy consumption is kept to a minimum. Of course, waste separation is a top priority. There is a central vacuum cleaning system in the holiday homes. The island of Usedom - location, sights and leisure activities
