Welcome to the Haus Am Deich
Cozy holiday home with an open kitchen and a large natural plot.
On the spacious terrace with parasol, you can enjoy your breakfast in peace or end the day with a glass of wine.
The large property offers plenty of space for activities and play. In the beach chair, you can enjoy the natural idyll of the island or simply read a book.
Your vehicle will find a protected spot in our large carport. There are two bedrooms in the house. One bedroom is equipped with a cozy double bed, in which an additional child's bed can be placed if needed. The second bedroom contains two single beds.
The spacious living room has a TV and a small stereo system. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and a washing machine. In the kitchen, you will find a fridge-freezer, an oven, a stove with a ceramic hob, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
The house has Wi-Fi via a fiber optic connection.
Please note that smoking is not permitted in the house.
The bathing area with a lawn by the Bodden is about 800m away.
In the quiet town of Gingst, about 6 km away, there are, among other things, several supermarkets, a market square, and several restaurants. a grocery store, a well-stocked bookstore, a small café with ice cream sales, and two restaurants.

Location and surroundings of object
Ummanz is around 20 square kilometres in size, making it the second largest island in the former district of Rügen after Rügen. It is part of the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park. The island is bordered to the west and north-west by the Schaproder Bodden, to the north by the Udarser Wiek, to the east by the Koselower See and to the south by the Breite.
