The Vilzsee House in Diemitz
Our holiday home at the Vilzsee has two comfortably furnished flats, each with a living, dining and kitchen area as well as two separate bedrooms, bathroom and guest WC. The flats were completed and newly furnished at the end of September 2012.
A maximum of 5 people per flat can enjoy the magnificent view of the lake and nature. Two parking spaces are directly adjacent to the house. A wide range of leisure activities can be enjoyed at any time of the year. Those seeking relaxation will find peace and quiet here in almost untouched nature. Children have enough space and freedom to discover new things.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home at the Vilzsee is characterised by its wonderful, quiet location with direct access to the lake. Between the holiday home and the lake is a playground, which can be used for sports and games.
The village of Diemitz is nestled between the two historically and touristically interesting small towns of Mirow (M-V) and Rheinsberg (BB). Here, friends of culture and history can get their money's worth. Whether you are a lover of classical music and want to attend one of the numerous concerts or visit one of the old castles.
The public sandy beach of the municipality of Diemitz as well as the small harbour with moorings for sailing, rowing and motor boats can be reached in a minute's walk. We offer our water sports enthusiastic guests a boat mooring for their use. The Vilzsee is part of the Müritz-Havel waterway and therefore particularly interesting for water hikers.
In the neighbouring village of Fleether Mühle, about 2 km away, there is a kayak and canoe rental. Discover the Vilzsee and its surroundings from the water. Fishing permits are also available there, by the way.

| The rental prices quoted refer to groups of guests with max. 2 adults and 2 children under 18 years. Each additional person (max. 5 guests in one apartment) costs € 10 per night. Pets can be brought along by arrangement. The one-off cleaning fee increases by € 15 per pet. The town of Mirow charges a visitor's tax of 1 € per night/adult guest. The prices shown include 7 % VAT, all additional costs (except ) and visitor's tax. |
Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Anglers will find numerous fishing spots in the immediate vicinity. Whether for beginners or professionals: the fishing waters are interesting for everyone.
Another hint for passionate golfers: The golf resort Fleesensee, known throughout Germany, is very easy to reach from Diemitz in just under an hour's drive (approx. 40 km). Another (9-hole) golf course is located about 30 km away on the outskirts of the small town of Neustrelitz, which is also worth a visit.

Nixtun with a dreamlike view
The headline was our intention, the children asked for more. Both were possible without any problems, and so we all got our money's worth.

Wonderfully quiet New Year's transition
We, two people with two dogs, spent a wonderfully quiet New Year's Eve in the ground floor apartment.
The apartment lacks nothing. The underfloor heating was great for the dogs ;-) The fireplace was easy to use thanks to the ready-to-light ignition aid and sufficient firewood.
Area/ surroundings: simply wonderful...

Traumhafte Erholung
The Vilzseehaus leaves nothing to be desired. My family and I were able to relax here for 3 wonderful days. We particularly enjoyed the peace, nature, and spacious, clean apartment. The children had a nice room and a large football field. The view of the Vilzsee is uniquely beautiful. We will definitely come back next year.

Relaxing in the middle of nature.
We spent two fantastic weeks in the holiday home. The house and the surroundings are great for families with small children. A child-friendly beach with playground is only about 300m away. Ice cream parlor, really good restaurant, and farm are within walking distance. We will gladly come back!

A great choice for those seeking peace, nature, and a rural setting!
A fine house in a beautiful rural and water-rich area. You can even bring your own boat and rent a nearby mooring. The varied surroundings are great for hiking, cycling, and water sports. The house is spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large garden where you can relax. Enjoy a nice summer evening with a glass of wine on the terrace. Or... from the balcony with a beautiful view over the lake! Big and small, humans and animals (dogs) can enjoy the large garden. Dogs are welcome! If you want to relax and enjoy nature, this is a great house in a beautiful area.

Everything for the perfect holiday by the lake.
Great, well-equipped and modern house with a huge garden and a view of the lake. We were able to secure the rented canoe well at our own access to the lake in the reeds. Pleasant landlords.

Holiday in a beautiful, quiet environment
Perfect for those seeking tranquility. We booked the ground floor and felt very comfortable there. It's a true paradise for our little dog, as he can romp around all day without a leash. A new restaurant has opened nearby (about a 10-minute walk): Restaurant Regolin, highly recommended!
There are no shopping opportunities nearby. We drove to Mirow for that (don't forget mosquito spray!).
We really liked it and immediately booked again for September.

super beautiful and super clean
We would have liked to rent the holiday home for a few more days but our booking was quite short notice, and it speaks for the house that it was already quite booked up. We were two people and a dog and felt very comfortable at Vilzseehaus. It is modern and nicely furnished, clean, and inviting. The landlords provided lots of information about the town and the surroundings, and we also liked the area and the people there very much.

A house for every season.
Many thanks to the landlady for the last-minute booking and handing over the clean apartment. In the fully equipped kitchenette in the living room with a large table and seating area, it is perfect for cooking and relaxing together. With the undisturbed view from the terrace or from the room over the property directly onto the lake, there is no need to go outside. Although it is worth walking a few hiking trails nearby. Along lakes and forests, one can walk directly from house to house. Nearby, there is a bathing area, boat stands, a restaurant, and a church. The surroundings are quiet, we slept well. Our stay was short, but we would gladly come back again.

Pure nature, peace... simply a relaxing vacation
A wonderfully located holiday home, in the middle of a completely calm and sleepy little village. Whether sea eagles, kites, butterflies, seagulls, scoters, and so on, here one embarks on a very special journey of discovery and can spend time and life in peace and harmony with nature for a moment.
The house offers plenty of space, is well-equipped with everything you need. The property is very spacious and borders the Vilzsee, so you have this unique view from the living and bedroom every day. A true delight.
We liked it very, very much and we will definitely come back.

Sehr moderne und saubere Ferienwohnung
The location of the house directly on Lake Vilz is pleasantly quiet. The apartment's furnishings are very new and high quality. It felt more like being in a newly furnished private apartment.
We also found the apartment exceptionally clean and tidy. (Great praise!)
The house is perfect for people with dogs, as there is a very nice path adjacent to the property for the morning walk, and the house's property is also huge.
We will be back!

Wunderschöne Spätsommertage
We spent a few days with our dog at the Vilzseehaus. The property is ideally located, right on the lake and at the end of a cul-de-sac. Even though it was already September, we went swimming every day, and our dog joined in too. The house was comfortably furnished, and everything was available. The furnishings are in new condition and very tasteful. We felt completely comfortable and were able to truly relax.
