For families with small children the ground floor with large terrace and barbecue is recommended, and the lawn in front of the house.
For families with older children, we recommend the first floor with attic and roof terrace, which offers a wonderful panoramic sea views.

Ohne Bedenken zu empfehlen
Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, mit tollen Vermieter. Schnell zum Strand, kein Problem... Mal eben etwas aus dem Kühlschrank holen und zurück auf die Liegen. Passt alles, auch mit Parkplatz. Wir, Paar mit Kind, waren absolut zufrieden.

Ruhiger, entspannter Urlaub in der Nachsaison
Familie Barthl sind großartige Gastgeber :-) Sie sind stets bemüht es den Gästen Recht zu machen, immer erreichbar (wohnen nur ca. 200 Meter weg), bei Fragen immer ein offenes Ohr. Frau Barthl hat uns sogar mit selbst gemachter Feigenmarmelade und frisch gebackenen Kuchen überrascht. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet. In 2 Minuten ist man am Meer und kann direkt auf einem schönen, sehr langen ausgebauten Strand-/Kiesweg spazieren oder Rad fahren. Es sind reichlich Freizeitangebote für das Wasser vorhanden, sowie Hundestrand und FKK Strand. Für das leibliche Wohl ist bestens gesorgt, da auf dem ganzen Strandweg Einkehrmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind. Auch war das Wasser noch angenehm warm, sodass man auch Ende September noch baden gehen konnte. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Pula, Rovin, Porec usw. sind durch das sehr gut ausgebaute Straßennetz in Kürze erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort durch mehrere kleine Supermärkte und 2 große Supermärkte wie Lidl und Plodine. Wir können die Gastgeber, Unterkunft und Urlaubsort uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

Schöner Urlaub, tolle Unterkunft zum guten Preis, sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber
Wir können uns der Bewertung von Erika K. aus Berching in allen Punkten uneingeschränkt anschließen. Wir waren im OG der Villa Mercedes, mit Dachterrasse, tolle Aussicht, super Lage.
Im Vergleich zu anderen Objekten in der Nähe wohl das beste Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert
