Top house!

We stayed in this great house for two weeks in June. The pictures absolutely deliver what they promise! Beautiful kitchen with a huge fridge and everything you need. Large dining table, cozy new sofa with a new large TV. Very nice and clean rooms. A large property with a great outdoor area and a big pool. Nice, cozy seating area outside by the pool under the roof. Here you can find soft darts and a pool table. Inside there is also a table football and a second refrigerator. The property is completely fenced in so the dog can't run away. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. Mr. Kokot took us to a small but fine winery where we could taste wine, grappa, and olive oil. A really good insider tip and a very friendly gesture. It's only a 10-minute drive to shop in Labin. The beach and sea are also very close. We were able to fully enjoy our holiday in a great house with the necessary peace and quiet. Absolutely recommended! ! !

Holidays in tranquillity.

Very kind Doriano welcomed us on our arrival and made sure we lacked nothing.
The kitchenware is a bit basic and not very suitable for an Italian who loves to cook, but the necessary was there.
We spent a very pleasant week in this little house surrounded by greenery, peace and quiet. We relaxed in the shade of the trees in front of the pool, strolled along the paths surrounded by the Mediterranean and reached the sea, discovering it as we descended, among the glimpses of the trees (a small 40' trek).
Shame to return to normal life, a week passed too quickly.

Quiet and idyllic location

We enjoyed Villa Klara for a week. If you are looking for a quiet and idyllic house, this is absolutely the right place. The pictures keep what they promise. Each room has its own bathroom with WC and shower! Everything you need to cook, eat and drink is available in the kitchen. The very friendly landlord, Mr Licul, cleans the pool every morning and makes sure everything is clean. If something is missing, you just have to tell him and he will take care of it. If you come with your dog, you have to take care of him because the property is not fenced and so he can get onto the street and the property of Villa Licul, which is behind Villa Klara. The pool is large and brings the necessary cooling. On the covered terrace you can sit comfortably and enjoy the landscape. Shopping in Labin at Lidl, Plodine and Spar is just 10 km away, the beach at Trget only 3 km. You can buy home-made olive oil and wine from the landlord! Arrival and departure went smoothly. We enjoyed the week and can highly recommend the house and Mr Licul (who speaks very good German).
