Medulin is a small town and the centre of the municipality of Medulin in Istria County. The municipality of Medulin also includes the smaller villages of Banjole, Pjescana uvala (known for its beautiful sandy beaches), Pomer, Premantura, Vinkunar and Vintijan. Medulin is located on the southern tip of the Istrian peninsula, about ten kilometres southeast of Pula.
Villa Frey is 200 metres from Mukalba beach.
In 1,5km you are in the tourist village Medulin with countless restaurants, beach bars, the family park and the evening beach promenade.
The sandy beach Bijeca in Medulin is very popular.
The sand is found both on the entire beach and in the shallow water, which remains shallow for a long time, making it a paradise for children.
There are several beaches and bays in the area, so there is something for everyone.
