The Villa Freya is divided into 2 living units.
The main area accommodates 8 people and has an open-plan kitchen, a dining area, and an air-conditioned living room with large glass doors leading directly to the pool. On the ground floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower and a children's corner. The pool is just two steps away from the house. The area includes 8 sun loungers for the pool, a professional grill, and a large table with chairs. The first floor has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with showers. The master bedroom has its own balcony, TV, and bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have double beds and the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds. All bedroom windows have mosquito nets, so you can enjoy the evening breeze while sleeping. Air conditioning is now available in all rooms. The main area has a game room with a pool table, table tennis, PS4 darts, and a bar, where guests can spend their evenings. A public playground with a slide, swing, and table tennis is 100 meters from the house.
The adjacent living area has a separate section where the owners may occasionally stay.
There are parking spaces on-site for about 4 cars. The whole house is fenced and located in a quiet place.

Location and surroundings of object
Medulin is a small place and the center of the Medulin Municipality in the County of Istria. The municipality of Medulin also includes the smaller locations Banjole, Pjescana uvala (known for its beautiful sandy beaches), Pomer, Premantura, Vinkunar, and Vintijan. The town Medulin is located at the southern tip of the Istria peninsula, about ten kilometers southeast of Pula.
The Villa Frey is located 200m from Mukalba beach. In 1.5 km you will be in the tourist town of Medulin with countless restaurants, beach bars, the family park, and the evening beach promenade.
The Bijeca sand beach in Medulin is very popular.
The sand is present across the entire beach as well as in the shallow waters that remain shallow for a long distance, making it a paradise for children.
In the surrounding area, there are several beaches and bays, thus offering something for everyone.
