The ground floor offers you a beautiful and spacious open concept kitchen, living room with a comfortable sofa bed for one person and dining area that provides you with everything you need for a holiday as well as a double bedroom, private bathroom and a guest toilet. The main staircase of the villa leads you to the first floor, which offers you another bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the terrace with sea views. All bedrooms are equipped with TV and air conditioning. There is also a wellness oasis with sauna and shower on the first floor.
The well-kept, fully fenced outdoor area with green garden and wonderful sea views is pure holiday. The private pool is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and a covered dining terrace where you can also prepare barbecue specialities. A table tennis table is available for your entertainment. 3 private parking spaces are available for you in the enclosed property.
