Everything top - as in the photos

The villa is really very beautiful and spacious - also outside (terrace + roof terrace!, pool, sunbathing lawn). The only thing we would have liked was a second fridge. We were 8 adults (+ children), so it was a bit tight with food and drinks in one fridge. Otherwise a great house in a quiet little village and a very helpful host! I would book again anytime :-)

Summer vacation in Peroj

The house is beautiful, has modern furnishings, and is especially large. The terrace and pool were used the most (the pool has a depth of about 1.60m in case anyone is wondering). The pool was also cleaned by the landlord (he informed us in advance when he would come) and the garden in general looked very well maintained.

There were 4 couples there and we had a lot of fun.

The place is like a small village, everything you need, such as a bakery, supermarket, and currency exchange, is within a few minutes' walk. The large supermarkets and restaurants can also be reached by car in 5-10 minutes.

The landlord Ireneo, who lives next door, is very nice and helpful. If you have any problems or questions, whether it's about the journey or your stay, write to him, he will help you immediately and give you tips.

We felt very welcome there.

Small tip: Bring your own towels, for example for the pool, whirlpool, beach... as there is only 1 shower towel and 1 hand towel per person in the house.

Overall, on behalf of our whole group, I can say that it was a very nice holiday there and we can definitely recommend the house!!

We stayed with two families in this house and we lacked nothing. Both the size and the facilities were completely sufficient for our family vacation. The pictures speak for themselves.

From the roof terrace, you can enjoy the sunset in combination with a sea view in the evening.
The highlight for us was the large terrace and the wonderful pool. Here you can really enjoy your evening/day.

It is superbly located in a private atmosphere, although there are other holiday homes next door, you still have your peace and quiet, as these houses are oriented in opposite directions.

Shopping facilities, such as a small bakery cart and a grocery store, can be reached in a maximum of 5 minutes on foot.
Passing the market, you can reach the beach with a beautiful long promenade, which is also accessible on foot in about 15 minutes. There is a large and free parking lot at the beach, as well as beach bars.

The landlord and his family are very nice and helpful and take care of matters immediately. We also spent evenings together and our children became friends, despite the language barrier.

The pool is cleaned by the landlord several times a week and the beautiful lawn is mowed about once a week. Most of the time, we didn't even notice these tasks, as the landlord always did them in our absence. But he explained this to us when we arrived, as he respects privacy.

We can highly recommend the house and would book it again without hesitation.
It was a very nice and relaxing vacation and we would like to thank the landlord and his family for their warm hospitality.

P.S.: The landlord would like to try German beer, which is not available locally in Istria. He would definitely be very happy about one or two bottles and it would certainly make the first contact more harmonious ;-)
