The house has 115 m2 of living space, consisting of a main area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, living room with two comfortable sofas, SAT TV and air conditioning, and access to the pool and terrace.

There are also two bedrooms and a fully equipped bathroom with a bidet and washing machine.

One of the bedrooms has a double bed, while the other offers two separate beds. Each room is air-conditioned. A small private room connected to the house offers an additional bedroom with a fully equipped private bathroom.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: Within 30 days before arrival, a refund of the reservation is possible only if restrictive measures imposed by national governments, which relate exclusively to the COVID-19 virus, also apply to vaccinated persons. The term “measure” is understood to mean that vaccinated persons must also undergo quarantine (self-isolation) for a certain period of time when entering Croatia or returning to their home country. A refund also applies in the event that a guest becomes infected with the COVID-19 virus 7 or fewer days before the arrival date. Refunds are issued in the form of a voucher that the guest can use exclusively on the Istra Vacation website for future reservations, and no later than 2 years from the date of issue. The amount of the voucher that the guest will receive corresponds to the amount paid to confirm the reservation for which the refund is now being granted.
