Description
This beautiful Villa Ajlin is located in a quiet area, close to the sea and only a few minutes from the tourist town of Medulin. The location of the holiday home offers relaxation, but also various activities such as jet skiing, diving, paragliding and much more.
The villa has four well-equipped bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. The stylishly furnished ground floor consists of a living room and a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a cozy bedroom with its own bathroom. A staircase leads from the ground floor to the first floor, where there are three further comfortable and beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a television. All bedrooms have double beds and direct access to a private balcony, offering you an additional private place to enjoy the magnificent sea view.
If you want to spend your holiday in the sun, you will find a refreshing pool in front of the villa, ideal for warm sunny days. If you prefer swimming in the sea, the nearest beach in the bay is only 100 m from the villa. Mukalba Beach is 300 m away and the beach of Medulin is about 1.5 km away. The villa also offers an outdoor kitchen behind the house, ideal for preparing meals outdoors, as well as a table tennis table for fun with family and friends. In front of the house there is also a dining area with a charcoal grill.
Private parking spaces are located on a completely fenced property. We look forward to welcoming you as one of the first guests in Villa Ajlin.

Top house with sea view
The accommodation is really really nice! Just like in the pictures. Very clean. Handing over and dropping off the keys is very easy and Tina is very friendly. You can write to her at any time if you need anything. We would come again :)
