We had a pleasant stay in this villa. It was clean and comfortable, and the layout was convenient for our group. The sauna and hot tub were nice touches, especially after a long day of sightseeing. Although it was a bit far from the main attractions, we enjoyed the peaceful environment and the short drive to Rovinj for dinner. Overall, a good choice for a relaxing vacation, just a few adjustments could improve it.
